bind_v upon_o earth_n shall_v be_v bind_v in_o heaven_n and_o whatsoever_o thou_o shall_v loose_v on_o earth_n shall_v be_v loose_v in_o heaven_n upon_o such_o a_o sure_a and_o ground_a confession_n of_o peter_n proceed_v a_o twofold_a promise_n of_o christ_n 1._o as_o be_v former_o lay_v down_o that_o hereupon_o he_o will_v lay_v a_o unmoveable_a foundation_n of_o his_o church_n that_o the_o power_n from_o god_n his_o father_n to_o be_v make_v the_o head_n of_o his_o church_n and_o only_o have_v right_a to_o give_v and_o communicate_v such_o power_n unto_o his_o church_n thus_o christ_n commission_n to_o send_v his_o apostle_n into_o all_o the_o world_n this_o point_n be_v not_o only_o verify_v by_o apparent_a and_o plentiful_a text_n of_o holy_a scripture_n but_o even_o our_o adversary_n in_o word_n not_o great_o contradict_v it_o howsoever_o in_o their_o practice_n and_o in_o effect_n they_o have_v paralel_v sundry_a of_o the_o saint_n with_o he_o as_o the_o turk_n and_o infidel_n have_v whole_o dethrone_v he_o and_o place_v their_o false_a prophet_n and_o abominable_a idol_n mahomet_n before_o he_o and_o above_o he_o but_o because_o they_o deny_v the_o principle_n of_o faith_n and_o religion_n we_o will_v not_o contend_v nor_o spend_v much_o time_n in_o dispute_v with_o they_o but_o willing_o acknowledge_v and_o subscribe_v to_o the_o sovereignty_n and_o absolute_a power_n of_o christ_n as_o disposer_n of_o all_o thing_n in_o heaven_n and_o earth_n use_v and_o let_v the_o true_a church_n and_o spouse_n of_o christ_n hear_v and_o obey_v his_o voice_n and_o derive_v her_o subordinate_a power_n from_o he_o alone_o which_o he_o then_o promise_v and_o afterward_o give_v unto_o she_o to_o execute_v for_o he_o for_o we_o must_v note_v that_o he_o then_o instant_o give_v not_o note_v 1_o but_o speak_v in_o the_o future_a
