the_o mouth_n be_v a_o true_a act_n of_o prayer_n though_o without_o the_o intention_n as_o a_o outward_a act_n of_o adoration_n of_o a_o idol_n though_o without_o the_o intention_n be_v a_o true_a act_n of_o idolatry_n so_o that_o for_o a_o man_n to_o mind_n what_o he_o do_v when_o he_o be_v at_o prayer_n or_o to_o be_v earnest_a in_o his_o desire_n of_o that_o which_o he_o pray_v for_o though_o it_o may_v possible_o be_v a_o commendation_n and_o accomplishment_n yet_o it_o be_v not_o necessary_a either_o to_o the_o please_a of_o god_n or_o satisfy_v of_o his_o duty_n according_a to_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n nay_o it_o be_v a_o praise_n for_o a_o man_n to_o draw_v nigh_o with_o the_o mouth_n and_o honour_v he_o with_o the_o lip_n though_o the_o heart_n be_v far_o from_o god_n notwithstanding_o that_o our_o saviour_n after_o the_o prophet_n isaiah_n blame_v the_o jew_n for_o so_o do_v indeed_o such_o a_o kind_n of_o superficial_a christian_n will_v this_o doctrine_n make_v that_o a_o pharisee_n will_v have_v be_v a_o excellent_a man_n if_o he_o have_v live_v in_o these_o day_n and_o pursuant_n to_o this_o doctrine_n of_o the_o no_o necessity_n of_o attention_n
