because_o they_o be_v prudent_a it_o be_v likely_a they_o be_v able_a and_o because_o of_o their_o estate_n it_o be_v reasonable_a to_o think_v that_o they_o shall_v be_v willing_a to_o give_v their_o best_a assistance_n to_o the_o public_a good_a he_o go_v on_o for_o although_o few_o perceive_v that_o such_o government_n be_v not_o government_n but_o division_n of_o the_o commonwealth_n into_o three_o faction_n and_o call_v it_o mix_v monarchy_n indeed_o i_o think_v that_o never_o man_n do_v conceive_v that_o this_o government_n be_v not_o government_n mr._n hobbs_n do_v govern_v his_o servant_n yet_o his_o government_n be_v limit_v with_o many_o more_o bound_n than_o this_o be_v and_o yet_o that_o be_v a_o government_n he_o can_v take_v their_o clothes_n from_o they_o or_o their_o estate_n much_o less_o their_o life_n or_o limb_n yet_o he_o be_v their_o governor_n and_o though_o he_o say_v only_o a_o few_o do_v perceive_v yet_o i_o think_v until_o he_o write_v this_o none_o do_v ever_o perceive_v three_o faction_n faction_n do_v oppose_v one_o another_o they_o be_v not_o join_v neither_o do_v they_o cooperate_v in_o the_o same_o effect_n as_o these_o do_v in_o all_o thing_n which_o be_v do_v by_o they_o and_o in_o this_o business_n it_o seem_v not_o to_o be_v a_o co-operation_n of_o equal_a share_n in_o the_o work_n but_o like_o a_o universal_a cause_n work_v with_o particular_a cause_n the_o sun_n with_o the_o same_o light_n shine_v upon_o a_o rose_n a_o violet_n and_o a_o primrose_n yet_o with_o these_o particular_a specifical_a cause_n produce_v those_o various_a effect_n with_o those_o several_a subordinate_a power_n to_o he_o but_o they_o be_v not_o institute_v for_o faction_n nor_o be_v such_o but_o subordinate_a to_o he_o and_o to_o concur_v with_o he_o in_o the_o legal_a settlement_n of_o that_o be_v good_a for_o the_o public_a it_o be_v therefore_o very_o ill_o phrased_a of_o he_o to_o call_v the_o faction_n a_o mix_a monarchy_n for_o my_o part_n i_o be_o of_o the_o opinion_n which_o i_o have_v express_v before_o that_o there_o be_v no_o government_n in_o the_o world_n so_o pure_a that_o it_o have_v no_o mixture_n in_o it_o
