their_o goodness_n and_o wisdom_n whereas_o a_o prince_n may_v be_v bear_v to_o the_o crown_n and_o so_o by_o virtue_n of_o his_o inheritance_n may_v rule_v though_o he_o be_v know_v to_o be_v vicious_a as_o also_o because_o it_o be_v receive_v by_o all_o the_o kingdom_n that_o we_o ought_v to_o be_v govern_v by_o law_n and_o the_o people_n all_o know_v that_o the_o parliament_n be_v
