false_a opinion_n of_o two_o distinct_a supreme_a head_n the_o one_o over_o the_o church_n the_o other_o over_o the_o civil_a state_n so_o it_o have_v be_v confirm_v by_o a_o false_a difference_n which_o have_v be_v put_v betwixt_o civil_a and_o eclesiasticall_a person_n as_o if_o the_o have_v of_o any_o function_n in_o the_o one_o state_n do_v quite_o cut_v a_o man_n off_o from_o meddle_v god_n these_o civil_a and_o ecclesiastical_a calling_n do_v not_o so_o fight_v but_o that_o they_o may_v meet_v together_o in_o one_o man_n without_o jar_v for_o it_o be_v not_o unlawful_a for_o one_o who_o bear_v some_o public_a function_n or_o be_v in_o any_o degree_n or_o place_n of_o honour_n in_o the_o commonwealth_n to_o meddle_v with_o the_o order_n of_o the_o church_n if_o he_o have_v gift_n from_o god_n and_o a_o lawful_a call_n from_o man_n or_o yet_o for_o he_o who_o be_v already_o a_o ecclesiastical_a person_n to_o have_v retain_v or_o take_v upon_o he_o any_o civil_a call_n the_o truth_n of_o this_o doctrine_n may_v be_v plain_o see_v in_o the_o scripture_n which_o show_v that_o both_o civil_a &_o ecclesiastical_a calling_n may_v lawful_o concur_v in_o the_o same_o moderate_a and_o limit_v which_o be_v in_o use_n amongst_o any_o people_n before_o they_o do_v believe_v be_v not_o by_o this_o mean_v alter_v but_o remain_v in_o full_a force_n as_o before_o for_o a_o public_a church_n may_v stand_v with_o any_o form_n of_o government_n and_o be_v subject_a unto_o it_o without_o make_v any_o alteration_n government_n yet_o it_o cut_v off_o whatsoever_o be_v trouble_n we_o do_v enjoy_v all_o manner_n of_o blessing_n both_o temporal_a and_o eternal_a even_a life_n and_o liberty_n plenty_n of_o all_o thing_n and_o prosperity_n house_n and_o land_n wife_n and_o child_n friend_n and_o acquaintance_n and_o that_o which_o be_v much_o more_o to_o be_v esteem_v the_o true_a service_n and_o worship_n of_o god_n his_o holy_a word_n and_o in_o one_o word_n all_o thing_n needful_a in_o regard_n either_o of_o body_n or_o soul_n and_o therefore_o the_o magistrate_n be_v unfeigned_o to_o be_v love_v and_o praise_v the_o second_o end_n why_o magistracy_n
