wicked_a punish_v with_o everlasting_a death_n and_o destruction_n from_o the_o presence_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o from_o the_o glory_n of_o his_o power_n 2._o thes_n 1._o the_o lord_n jesus_n even_o unto_o eternal_a life_n and_o for_o that_o cause_n we_o have_v no_o need_n that_o christ_n shall_v come_v from_o heaven_n to_o we_o but_o that_o we_o shall_v ascend_v unto_o he_o lift_v up_o our_o heart_n through_o a_o lively_a faith_n on_o high_a unto_o the_o right_a hand_n of_o the_o father_n where_o christ_n sit_v from_o whence_o we_o wait_v for_o our_o redemption_n and_o we_o must_v not_o seek_v for_o christ_n in_o these_o bodily_a element_n the_o lxvii_o article_n i_o believe_v that_o this_o holy_a supper_n be_v a_o sacrament_n of_o faith_n unto_o the_o faithful_a only_o and_o not_o for_o the_o infidel_n wherein_o a_o man_n find_v and_o receive_v no_o more_o than_o he_o bring_v with_o he_o save_v peradventure_o the_o increase_n of_o faith_n grace_n and_o virtue_n and_o therefore_o they_o only_o find_v and_o receive_v jesus_n christ_n unto_o salvation_n which_o through_o true_a and_o lively_a faith_n bring_v the_o same_o with_o they_o but_o the_o other_o find_v and_o receive_v only_o the_o outward_a and_o visible_a sign_n and_o that_o to_o their_o condemnation_n as_o judas_n and_o other_o such_o like_a wicked_a and_o reprobate_a the_o lxviii_o article_n i_o believe_v that_o this_o sacrament_n contain_v two_o thing_n the_o one_o be_v earthly_a carnal_a and_o visible_a and_o the_o other_o be_v heavenly_a spiritual_a and_o invisible_a and_o i_o confess_v that_o as_o our_o body_n and_o outward_a man_n receive_v the_o thing_n that_o be_v earthly_a and_o visible_a which_o be_v the_o bread_n and_o the_o wine_n whereby_o the_o body_n be_v nourish_v and_o feed_v even_o so_o very_o our_o spirit_n and_o inward_a man_n receive_v the_o thing_n that_o be_v heavenly_a and_o spiritual_a which_o be_v signify_v by_o the_o bread_n and_o wine_n that_o be_v to_o say_v the_o body_n and_o blood_n of_o christ_n after_o such_o sort_n that_o thereby_o we_o be_v become_v one_o with_o he_o bone_n of_o his_o bone_n and_o flesh_n of_o his_o flesh_n and_o make_v partaker_n with_o he_o of_o all_o righteousness_n and_o other_o virtue_n gift_n and_o grace_n the_o which_o the_o eternal_a father_n have_v bestow_v on_o he_o the_o lxix_o article_n i_o believe_v that_o the_o holy_a father_n patriarch_n prophet_n and_o all_o other_o faithful_a &_o good_a people_n that_o be_v go_v before_o we_o and_o have_v dye_v in_o the_o faith_n through_o the_o word_n &_o faith_n see_v he_o beforehand_o which_o be_v to_o come_v and_o receive_v as_o much_o &_o the_o same_o thing_n that_o we_o receive_v by_o the_o sacrament_n for_o they_o be_v of_o the_o self_n same_o church_n faith_n &_o law_n that_o we_o be_v of_o they_o be_v aswell_o christian_n as_o we_o and_o use_v the_o same_o sacrament_n in_o figure_n that_o we_o use_v in_o truth_n the_o lxx_o article_n i_o believe_v that_o to_o this_o holy_a table_n only_o those_o that_o be_v faithful_a &_o be_v true_o contrite_a and_o penitent_a aught_o to_o be_v admit_v &_o that_o all_o such_o as_o be_v unworthy_a shall_v be_v refuse_v for_o fear_n of_o defyl_v &_o contaminate_v the_o holy_a meat_n the_o which_o the_o lord_n give_v not_o but_o unto_o the_o faithful_a and_o to_o those_o of_o his_o own_o household_n i_o call_v those_o unworthy_a which_o be_v infidel_n idolater_n
