without_o its_o inconvenience_n we_o can_v only_o call_v that_o government_n good_a which_o be_v best_a and_o which_o upon_o trial_n have_v few_o and_o least_o settle_a mischief_n as_o not_o arise_v from_o its_o form_n but_o contingent_a accident_n in_o its_o ministration_n and_o this_o be_v that_o which_o i_o have_v propound_v as_o the_o drift_n of_o this_o whole_a treatise_n yet_o then_o all_o thing_n else_o we_o must_v leave_v the_o success_n to_o god_n who_o work_n alone_o it_o be_v to_o still_o as_o the_o rage_a of_o the_o sea_n so_o the_o madness_n of_o the_o people_n even_o that_o mad_a and_o rage_a humour_n of_o liberty_n which_o be_v blow_v to_o a_o rebellious_a height_n by_o the_o breath_n of_o seditious_a oratory_n as_o sea_n by_o the_o wind_n it_o be_v none_o other_o than_o if_o in_o our_o natural_a body_n the_o allurement_n of_o our_o palate_n shall_v tempt_v we_o to_o that_o food_n which_o shall_v bring_v we_o to_o a_o favour_n and_o as_o these_o
