the_o word_n whether_o speak_v or_o not_o speak_v if_o this_o be_v not_o a_o clear_a contradiction_n to_o confess_v first_o that_o there_o be_v many_o word_n of_o god_n and_o that_o all_o scripture_n give_v by_o inspiration_n of_o god_n be_v word_n of_o god_n and_o yet_o deny_v that_o there_o be_v any_o word_n of_o god_n but_o one_o sure_o he_o imagine_v that_o none_o but_o simple_a delude_v quaker_n will_v read_v his_o assertion_n who_o think_v he_o infallible_a can_v believe_v any_o thing_n that_o he_o assert_v as_o papist_n do_v the_o pope_n for_o suppose_v one_o shall_v ask_v he_o whether_o the_o word_n he_o speak_v of_o be_v god_n yea_o or_o no_o i_o suppose_v he_o will_v answer_v yea_o he_o be_v god_n for_o christ_n be_v the_o word_n and_o christ_n be_v god_n now_o he_o have_v confess_v that_o there_o be_v many_o word_n of_o god_n and_o such_o as_o be_v so_o call_v in_o scripture_n but_o be_v every_o word_n in_o scripture_n that_o be_v call_v the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o that_o proper_o because_o god_n have_v speak_v it_o i_o say_v be_v it_o god_n because_o it_o be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n how_o many_o god_n will_v james_n naylor_n reckon_v for_o many_o word_n for_o we_o do_v not_o nor_o never_o do_v deny_v that_o christ_n only_o be_v the_o essential_a word_n and_o not_o the_o scripture_n and_o this_o essential_a word_n be_v god_n yet_o we_o say_v as_o so_o he_o confess_v that_o the_o scripture_n be_v also_o the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o be_v proper_o so_o call_v in_o scripture_n in_o regard_n it_o be_v speak_v by_o his_o inspiration_n and_o that_o it_o be_v not_o blasphemy_n to_o call_v the_o scripture_n the_o word_n of_o god_n but_o the_o blasphemy_n be_v they_o that_o so_o assert_v nor_o can_v all_o his_o wicked_a evasion_n help_v he_o to_o evade_v the_o dint_n of_o these_o argument_n as_o when_o he_o further_o say_v that_o a_o man_n may_v have_v all_o the_o letter_n either_o in_o his_o hand_n or_o in_o his_o brain_n and_o yet_o have_v not_o the_o word_n i_o answer_v suppose_v we_o grant_v it_o that_o a_o man_n may_v have_v all_o the_o scripture_n in_o his_o hand_n and_o yet_o not_o have_v christ_n which_o be_v the_o essential_a word_n yet_o he_o can_v have_v the_o bible_n in_o his_o hand_n but_o he_o have_v the_o scripture_n and_o that_o scripture_n be_v the_o express_a word_n of_o god_n and_o proper_o so_o call_v and_o that_o in_o scripture_n and_o this_o be_v confess_v also_o by_o he_o for_o there_o be_v no_o writing_n which_o we_o call_v scripture_n but_o in_o the_o bible_n and_o all_o those_o scripture_n be_v give_v by_o inspiration_n of_o god_n and_o all_o scripture_n that_o be_v give_v by_o inspiration_n of_o god_n he_o have_v acknowledge_v to_o be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o it_o be_v not_o proper_o call_v scripture_n that_o be_v not_o write_v and_o that_o which_o be_v write_v aforetime_o be_v write_v for_o our_o learning_n that_o we_o through_o patience_n and_o comfort_n of_o the_o scripture_n call_v i_o without_o any_o real_a or_o rational_a cause_n like_o his_o black_a father_n and_o again_o in_o his_o title_n page_n he_o cit_v a_o scripture_n which_o be_v parallel_v with_o their_o blasphemous_a practice_n include_v themselves_o as_o copartner_n with_o the_o beast_n that_o have_v seven_o head_n and_o ten_o horn_n that_o have_v upon_o his_o head_n the_o name_n of_o blasphemy_n and_o open_v his_o mouth_n in_o blasphemy_n against_o god_n to_o blaspheme_v his_o name_n and_o his_o tabernable_a and_o they_o that_o dwell_v in_o heaven_n all_o which_o he_o do_v both_o by_o word_n
