proportion_n in_o the_o ordinance_n mention_v and_o to_o the_o end_n the_o say_a rate_n may_v be_v equal_o and_o indifferent_o assess_v and_o the_o money_n due_o collect_v and_o a_o true_a account_n thereof_o make_v the_o assessor_n be_v by_o the_o ordinance_n require_v within_o six_o day_n after_o the_o assessment_n make_v to_o deliver_v one_o copy_n of_o their_o assessment_n fair_o write_v assess_v the_o same_o but_o by_o a_o arbitrary_a illegal_a and_o tyrannical_a power_n some_o of_o the_o say_a committee_n issue_v out_o a_o warrant_n date_v the_o six_o of_o september_n 1645._o
