of_o such_o archbishopric_n or_o bishopric_n shall_v happen_v to_o be_v void_a a_o licence_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n as_o of_o old_a time_n have_v be_v accustom_v to_o proceed_v to_o election_n of_o a_o archbishop_n or_o bishop_n of_o the_o see_v so_o be_v void_a with_o a_o letter_n missive_n contain_v the_o name_n of_o the_o person_n which_o they_o shall_v elect_v and_o choose_v and_o for_o default_n of_o such_o election_n the_o king_n by_o his_o letter_n patent_n may_v nominate_v a_o archbishop_n or_o bishop_n and_o that_o every_o archbishop_n &_o bishop_n to_o who_o hand_n any_o such_o presentment_n or_o nomination_n shall_v be_v direct_v shall_v with_o speed_n invest_v and_o consecrate_v the_o person_n nominate_v and_o present_v by_o the_o king_n his_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o if_o any_o archbishop_n or_o bishop_n prior_n and_o covent_n dean_n and_o chapter_n shall_v for_o the_o space_n of_o twenty_o day_n next_o after_o such_o licence_n or_o nomination_n come_v to_o their_o hand_n neglect_n or_o shall_v execute_v any_o censure_n excommunication_n interdiction_n etc._n etc._n contrary_a to_o the_o execution_n of_o any_o thing_n contain_v in_o this_o act_n that_o of_o england_n then_o be_v or_o after_o shall_v be_v of_o or_o bring_v up_o in_o any_o college_n of_o jesuit_n or_o seminary_n already_o erect_v or_o to_o be_v erect_v out_o of_o the_o realm_n shall_v not_o within_o six_o month_n next_o after_o proclamation_n in_o that_o behalf_n make_v in_o london_n under_o the_o broad_a seal_n return_v into_o this_o realm_n and_o within_o two_o day_n after_o before_o the_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n or_o two_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o county_n where_o he_o shall_v arrive_v submit_v himself_o to_o her_o majesty_n and_o her_o law_n and_o
