parish_n for_o that_o purpose_n and_o afterward_o the_o say_a minister_n or_o curate_n and_o the_o say_a constable_n headborough_z or_o tythingman_n shall_v certify_v the_o same_o in_o write_v to_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o the_o same_o county_n at_o the_o next_o quarter_n session_n and_o the_o say_a justice_n shall_v enter_v or_o cause_v the_o same_o to_o be_v enter_v by_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o peace_n in_o the_o roll_n of_o the_o same_o session_n every_o popish_a recusant_n not_o be_v a_o feme_fw-fr covert_n and_o not_o have_v a_o state_n of_o inheritance_n of_o freehold_n to_o the_o clear_a yearly_a value_n of_o twenty_o mark_n or_o in_o good_n and_o chattel_n to_o the_o value_n of_o forty_o pound_n that_o shall_v not_o within_o the_o limit_a time_n repair_v to_o the_o usual_a place_n of_o his_o abode_n or_o to_o the_o place_n of_o his_o birth_n or_o the_o dwell_n of_o his_o father_n or_o mother_n and_o thereupon_o notify_v their_o come_n and_o present_v themselves_o and_o deliver_v their_o true_a name_n in_o write_v to_o the_o minister_n or_o curate_n of_o the_o parish_n and_o to_o the_o constable_n head-borough_n or_o tythingman_n of_o the_o town_n within_o such_o time_n and_o in_o such_o manner_n as_o aforesaid_a or_o shall_v after_o remove_v five_o mile_n from_o thence_o and_o shall_v not_o within_o three_o month_n next_o after_o such_o person_n shall_v be_v apprehend_v conform_v himself_o to_o resort_v usual_o to_o divine_a service_n and_o in_o make_v such_o public_a confession_n and_o submission_n as_o hereafter_o be_v express_v be_v thereunto_o require_v by_o the_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n or_o any_o justice_n of_o peace_n in_o the_o county_n where_o the_o same_o person_n shall_v chance_v to_o be_v or_o by_o the_o minister_n or_o curate_n of_o the_o parish_n that_o in_o every_o such_o case_n every_o such_o offendor_n be_v thereunto_o warn_v by_o any_o two_o justice_n of_o peace_n or_o coroner_n of_o the_o county_n where_o such_o offendor_n shall_v be_v shall_v upon_o his_o corporal_a oath_n before_o any_o two_o justice_n of_o peace_n or_o coroner_n or_o the_o same_o county_n abjure_v this_o realm_n shall_v suffer_v as_o a_o felon_n without_o benefit_n of_o the_o clergy_n every_o person_n suspect_v to_o be_v a_o jesuit_n or_o seminarie-priest_n who_o be_v examine_v by_o lawful_a authority_n and_o refuse_v to_o answer_v direct_o whether_o he_o be_v a_o jesuit_n or_o not_o shall_v be_v commit_v to_o prison_n without_o bail_n or_o mainprize_n until_o he_o answer_v direct_o every_o person_n confine_v as_o aforesaid_a to_o the_o compass_n of_o five_o mile_n that_o have_v necessary_a occasion_n of_o business_n upon_o licence_n from_o two_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n in_o the_o same_o county_n under_o their_o hand_n with_o the_o assent_n of_o the_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n in_o writing_n or_o of_o the_o lieutenant_n or_o of_o any_o deputy_n lieutenant_n of_o the_o same_o county_n may_v travel_v about_o his_o necessary_a business_n for_o such_o time_n only_o as_o be_v contain_v in_o the_o licence_n no_o person_n so_o restrain_v as_o aforesaid_a which_o shall_v be_v
