of_o the_o twenty_o pound_n for_o every_o month_n pay_v into_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o exchequer_n towards_o the_o relief_n of_o the_o poor_a of_o house_n of_o correction_n and_o of_o impotent_a and_o maim_a soldier_n this_o act_n or_o any_o thing_n contain_v in_o it_o do_v not_o in_o any_o wise_a extend_v to_o make_v void_a or_o impeach_v any_o grant_n or_o lease_n make_v bonâ_fw-la fide_fw-la without_o fraud_n or_o covin_z and_o not_o revocable_a at_o the_o will_n and_o pleasure_n of_o the_o offendor_n this_o act_n or_o any_o thing_n contain_v therein_o shall_v not_o in_o any_o wise_a be_v construe_v to_o continue_v any_o seizure_n of_o any_o land_n or_o tenement_n of_o such_o offendor_n in_o her_o majesty_n hand_n after_o the_o say_v offender_n death_n which_o land_n or_o tenement_n he_o shall_v have_v or_o be_v seize_v of_o only_a for_o term_v of_o life_n or_o in_o right_a of_o his_o wife_n for_o the_o prevent_n of_o such_o great_a inconvenience_n and_o peril_n as_o person_n above_o sixteen_o year_n of_o age_n that_o shall_v obstinate_o refuse_v to_o come_v to_o divine_a service_n establish_v by_o law_n and_o shall_v forbear_v the_o same_o by_o the_o space_n of_o a_o month_n without_o lawful_a excuse_n or_o shall_v at_o any_o time_n after_o forty_o day_n after_o the_o session_n of_o that_o parliament_n by_o word_n or_o write_v advise_o go_v about_o to_o move_v or_o persuade_v any_o of_o the_o queen_n subject_n or_o any_o other_o within_o her_o realm_n or_o dominion_n to_o deny_v or_o withstand_v her_o majesty_n power_n or_o authority_n in_o cause_n ecclesiastical_a unite_a and_o annex_v to_o the_o imperial_a crown_n of_o this_o realm_n or_o shall_v advise_o persuade_v any_o person_n to_o forbear_v come_v to_o church_n to_o hear_v divine_a service_n establish_v or_o to_o come_v to_o or_o be_v present_a at_o any_o unlawful_a assembly_n conventicle_n etc._n etc._n upon_o pretence_n of_o religion_n contrary_a to_o the_o establish_a law_n or_o if_o any_o person_n shall_v obstinate_o refuse_v to_o repair_v to_o some_o usual_a place_n of_o common-prayer_n and_o shall_v forbear_v to_o hear_v divine_a service_n by_o the_o space_n of_o a_o month_n or_o shall_v after_o forty_o day_n willing_o join_v in_o any_o such_o assembly_n conventicle_n etc._n etc._n under_o colour_n of_o exercise_v religion_n contrary_a to_o the_o law_n of_o this_o realm_n that_o every_o person_n so_o offend_v and_o be_v thereof_o lawful_o
