but_o a_o young_a calf_n be_v offer_v for_o their_o sinne-offering_a and_o that_o by_o the_o lord_n special_a direction_n verse_n 3._o take_v you_o a_o kid_n of_o the_o goat_n for_o a_o signify_v that_o the_o way_n into_o the_o holy_a of_o all_o be_v not_o yet_o make_v manifest_a while_o as_o the_o first_o tabernacle_n be_v yet_o stand_v and_o again_o vers_n â—1_n 12._o christ_n be_v come_v a_o high_a priest_n of_o good_a thing_n to_o come_v by_o a_o great_a and_o more_o perfect_a tabernacle_n etc._n etc._n by_o his_o own_o blood_n he_o enter_v in_o once_o into_o the_o holy_a place_n have_v obtain_v eternal_a redemption_n for_o we_o for_o i_o will_v appear_v in_o the_o cloud_n upon_o the_o mercy-seat_n this_o be_v add_v as_o a_o reason_n why_o the_o high_a priest_n may_v as_o be_v here_o appoint_v to_o wit_n because_o the_o lord_n will_v there_o appear_v in_o the_o cloud_n upon_o the_o mercy-seat_n the_o conceit_n of_o the_o papist_n that_o god_n appear_v there_o in_o a_o humane_a shape_n upon_o the_o mercy-seat_n have_v no_o ground_n for_o it_o in_o the_o text_n nor_o do_v we_o any_o where_o read_v that_o god_n do_v ever_o so_o appear_v in_o the_o tabernacle_n either_o to_o the_o high_a priest_n or_o to_o moses_n himself_o all_o that_o be_v heâ—e_o say_v be_v that_o god_n will_v by_o a_o cloud_n upon_o the_o mercy-seat_n testify_v his_o presence_n which_o whether_o it_o be_v the_o cloud_n raise_v by_o the_o smoke_n of_o the_o incense_n which_o the_o high_a priest_n be_v now_o to_o bring_v with_o he_o or_o any_o other_o cloud_n always_o abide_v upon_o the_o mercy-seat_n we_o need_v not_o inquire_v sufficient_a it_o be_v that_o we_o know_v hereby_o that_o god_n do_v testify_v his_o presence_n and_o doubtless_o in_o some_o glorious_a manner_n upon_o the_o mercy-seat_n and_o therefore_o the_o high_a priest_n may_v not_o when_o he_o will_v go_v in_o thither_o but_o only_o once_o a_o year_n and_o then_o with_o the_o smoke_n of_o incense_n ascend_v also_o on_o this_o day_n two_o lamb_n for_o the_o daily_a burnt-offering_a numb_a 28._o 3._o and_o one_o bullock_n one_o ram_n and_o seven_o lamb_n for_o a_o burnt-offering_a and_o one_o he-goat_n for_o a_o sinne-offering_a beside_o the_o goat_n mention_v vers_fw-la 5._o as_o be_v particular_o express_v numb_a 29._o 7_o 8_o 11._o here_o these_o only_o be_v express_v which_o concern_v the_o the_o rude_a and_o most_o tumultuous_a among_o they_o and_o hereupon_o moses_n may_v ground_v these_o word_n of_o he_o but_o howsoever_o their_o behaviour_n be_v so_o full_a of_o fury_n as_o it_o be_v he_o may_v well_o from_o hence_o complain_v to_o the_o lord_n that_o he_o have_v just_a cause_n to_o fear_v lest_o their_o rage_n shall_v at_o last_o break_v forth_o into_o this_o extremity_n verse_n not_o so_o far_o against_o their_o faith_n as_o to_o make_v they_o whole_o refuse_v to_o do_v what_o god_n have_v enjoin_v they_o god_n that_o see_v the_o heart_n charge_v they_o with_o infidelity_n
