they_o that_o dwell_v therein_o for_o he_o have_v found_v it_o upon_o the_o sea_n and_o establish_v it_o upon_o the_o flood_n psal._n 24._o 1_o 2._o the_o earth_n be_v the_o lord_n and_o the_o fullness_n thereof_o this_o be_v god_n propriety_n he_o have_v found_v and_o prepare_v it_o this_o be_v the_o reason_n and_o ground_n of_o this_o absolute_a propriety_n yet_o he_o be_v willing_a and_o right_n 2._o we_o must_v consider_v that_o some_o propriety_n and_o right_o be_v ground_v upon_o the_o law_n of_o god_n some_o upon_o the_o law_n of_o man_n whether_o the_o law_n of_o nation_n or_o law_n of_o particular_a state_n some_o upon_o both_o 3._o we_o must_v observe_v that_o some_o thing_n may_v be_v proper_a and_o due_a by_o the_o law_n of_o man_n which_o be_v not_o due_a by_o the_o law_n of_o god_n and_o on_o the_o contrary_a and_o some_o thing_n be_v due_a both_o by_o the_o law_n of_o
