wont_a sobriety_n and_o either_o altogether_o in_o such_o case_n omit_v his_o next_o repast_n or_o else_o make_v it_o as_o much_o sparer_n as_o the_o former_a be_v excessive_a as_o suppose_v use_v to_o eat_v moderate_o both_o at_o dinner_n and_o supper_n thou_o be_v draw_v on_o to_o eat_v more_o large_o at_o dinner_n than_o forbear_v thy_o supper_n altogether_o and_o if_o at_o supper_n thou_o exceede_v forbear_v thy_o dinner_n the_o next_o day_n after_o this_o inconvenience_n therefore_o be_v not_o of_o that_o moment_n that_o for_o shun_v the_o hazard_n thereof_o a_o man_n shall_v refuse_v to_o bind_v himself_o ordinary_o to_o a_o set_a measure_n in_o his_o food_n inasmuch_o as_o such_o accidental_a excess_n so_o they_o happen_v but_o seldom_o be_v of_o little_a prejudice_n even_o to_o help_n of_o many_o remedy_n and_o the_o care_n of_o excellent_a physician_n yet_o he_o do_v still_o fall_v again_o into_o the_o same_o passion_n at_o last_o upon_o his_o three_o relapse_n after_o many_o day_n torment_v the_o alter_n of_o his_o wont_a custom_n come_v to_o remembrance_n which_o when_o he_o have_v well_o bethink_v he_o of_o he_o do_v conclude_v it_o be_v the_o true_a ground_n of_o all_o this_o mischief_n whereupon_o he_o determine_v to_o return_v to_o his_o former_a course_n which_o he_o no_o soon_o begin_v to_o do_v but_o the_o very_a first_o day_n his_o pain_n assuage_v and_o so_o little_a in_o quantity_n as_o be_v not_o sufficient_a for_o the_o maintenance_n of_o strength_n and_o uphold_v of_o a_o man_n constitution_n but_o we_o allow_v all_o sort_n of_o meat_n that_o be_v agreeable_a to_o nature_n and_o that_o measure_n and_o quantity_n which_o be_v most_o convenient_a and_o proportionable_a to_o the_o stomach_n and_o best_a conduce_v to_o health_n 27._o health_n but_o some_o will_v say_v it_o be_v not_o in_o every_o body_n power_n or_o at_o least_o not_o with_o convenience_n to_o observe_v this_o exact_a course_n of_o diet_n what_o then_o be_v there_o no_o other_o way_n for_o a_o man_n to_o preserve_v his_o health_n and_o to_o prolong_v his_o life_n i_o answer_v there_o be_v only_o one_o which_o many_o excellent_a physician_n have_v prescribe_v and_o that_o be_v that_o every_o year_n twice_o namely_o in_o the_o spring_n and_o autumn_n the_o body_n shall_v be_v well_o purge_v and_o clear_v of_o all_o ill_a humour_n i_o speak_v of_o those_o who_o do_v not_o ordinary_o use_v much_o exercise_n of_o the_o body_n but_o be_v altogether_o intent_n upon_o the_o employment_n of_o the_o mind_n such_o as_o be_v churchman_n lawyer_n scholar_n and_o the_o like_a now_o this_o purge_v aught_o to_o be_v after_o a_o good_a preparation_n of_o the_o evil_a humour_n and_o that_o by_o the_o advice_n of_o a_o skilful_a physician_n nor_o ought_v it_o to_o be_v do_v by_o strong_a medicine_n one_o upon_o the_o neck_n of_o another_o but_o gentle_o take_v the_o medicine_n
