human_a and_o natural_a thing_n though_o i_o do_v not_o hereby_o deny_v but_o god_n have_v and_o may_v supernatural_o convey_v to_o some_o man_n the_o certain_a knowledge_n of_o some_o necessary_a human_a art_n and_o science_n and_o such_o their_o knowledge_n be_v divine_a and_o extraordinary_a but_o j._n n._n take_v a_o great_a deal_n of_o pain_n to_o improve_v this_o his_o mistake_a proposition_n and_o will_v needs_o have_v the_o quaker_n principle_n natural_o to_o lead_v they_o to_o it_o because_o they_o conceive_v and_o represent_v this_o divine_a light_n to_o be_v that_o very_a grace_n of_o christ_n whereby_o man_n be_v convert_v and_o save_v quote_v r._n b._n again_o in_o the_o 5_o and_o 6_o proposition_n pag._n 317._o where_o reckon_v up_o the_o end_n and_o purpose_n for_o which_o this_o save_n and_o spiritual_a light_n be_v give_v by_o god_n make_v they_o consist_v in_o make_v manifest_a all_o thing_n that_o be_v reprovable_a in_o teach_v all_o repentance_n righteousness_n and_o godliness_n and_o in_o general_a enlighten_v the_o heart_n of_o all_o in_o order_n to_o salvation_n i_o think_v this_o be_v a_o very_a good_a account_n of_o the_o light_n but_o what_o will_v j._n n._n infer_v from_o this_o why_o he_o say_v it_o seem_v this_o light_n then_o be_v pure_o in_o order_n to_o salvation_n 64._o by_o the_o word_n pure_o i_o take_v he_o to_o intend_v only_o and_o consequent_o he_o say_v that_o it_o ought_v to_o be_v confine_v to_o divine_a and_o spiritual_a truth_n in_o order_n to_o the_o direction_n of_o life_n and_o manner_n but_o how_o can_v he_o make_v this_o to_o be_v the_o consequence_n of_o r._n b_n proposition_n do_v he_o not_o herein_o as_o well_o as_o in_o his_o former_a quotation_n manifest_o abuse_v his_o ingenious_a author_n prevaricate_a and_o strain_v his_o sense_n to_o a_o remote_a consequence_n his_o word_n do_v no_o way_n reach_v but_o for_o want_v of_o proof_n he_o presume_v and_o say_v at_o they_o do_v which_o i_o answer_v this_o be_v a_o general_a reflection_n and_o charge_n upon_o his_o own_o mistake_a consequence_n concern_v christ_n the_o light_n as_o he_o be_v a_o middle_a nature_n or_o be_v suppose_v this_o middle_a nature_n or_o be_v to_o be_v a_o distinct_a or_o divide_a substance_n from_o christ_n consequent_o not_o of_o the_o proper_a substance_n or_o nature_n of_o god_n but_o some_o create_v or_o material_a substance_n wherein_o he_o injurious_o infer_v in_o his_o appendix_n that_o the_o quaker_n light_n be_v a_o creature_n and_o a_o material_a creature_n he_o may_v as_o well_o say_v that_o christ_n be_v so_o too_o because_o the_o quaker_n most_o firm_o believe_v he_o be_v that_o true_a light_n which_o lighten_v every_o man_n that_o come_v into_o the_o world_n john_n 1.9_o
