saint_n and_o convert_v nay_o nor_o of_o they_o which_o be_v but_o in_o the_o convert_n and_o true_o enter_v into_o any_o true_a beginning_n of_o conversion_n for_o even_o in_o they_o the_o seed_n can_v be_v say_v to_o be_v the_o least_o of_o all_o seed_n yea_o there_o be_v none_o in_o the_o least_o measure_n partaker_n of_o true_a faith_n and_o true_o turn_v towards_o god_n but_o the_o seed_n of_o truth_n righteousness_n purity_n and_o holiness_n have_v a_o place_n in_o their_o heart_n somewhat_o more_o than_o other_o thing_n that_o be_v of_o a_o contrary_a nature_n and_o so_o can_v be_v say_v in_o they_o to_o be_v the_o least_o of_o all_o seed_n but_o in_o unbeliever_n it_o may_v be_v and_o be_v real_o so_o again_o matth._n 13._o 33._o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n be_v like_a unto_o leaven_n which_o a_o woman_n an_o take_v and_o hide_v in_o three_o measure_n of_o meal_n till_o the_o whole_a be_v leaven_v what_o can_v any_o man_n understand_v by_o this_o leaven_n but_o the_o so_o the_o leaven_n be_v put_v which_o leaven_v they_o not_o in_o a_o instant_n but_o by_o degree_n first_o one_o measure_n then_o another_o than_o the_o whole_a lump_n if_o not_o impede_v in_o its_o operation_n for_o if_o the_o meal_n the_o mind_n be_v not_o due_o apply_v unto_o the_o leaven_n of_o god_n grace_n operate_n to_o render_v it_o savoury_a to_o god_n but_o resist_v the_o operation_n it_o before_o he_o possess_v it_o yea_o he_o may_v find_v it_o before_o he_o go_v and_o sell_v all_o for_o it_o by_o which_o go_v and_o sell_v all_o be_v understand_v man_n true_a self-denial_n and_o resignation_n of_o himself_o unto_o god_n without_o which_o he_o can_v possess_v the_o field_n nor_o the_o pearl_n that_o therein_o be_v now_o before_o this_o self-denial_n or_o resignation_n of_o himself_o he_o may_v indeed_o find_v but_o can_v enjoy_v the_o treasure_n yea_o it_o be_v his_o find_n the_o treasure_n or_o rather_o be_v find_v of_o it_o that_o be_v the_o cause_n and_o occasion_n of_o his_o go_n and_o sell_v all_o for_o it_o therefore_o when_o he_o first_o find_v it_o he_o be_v not_o resign_v but_o stand_v in_o a_o selfish_a spirit_n and_o be_v self-rich_a call_v every_o thing_n he_o have_v his_o own_o which_o be_v plain_o the_o state_n of_o a_o unbeliever_n and_o unconvert_v man_n who_o may_v be_v convince_v of_o the_o truth_n and_o find_v the_o work_n of_o it_o in_o he_o and_o yet_o can_v possess_v the_o truth_n in_o that_o state_n till_o he_o come_v to_o a_o true_a self-denial_n and_o resignation_n of_o all_o to_o be_v poor_a and_o have_v his_o heart_n wean_v from_o all_o those_o thing_n in_o which_o he_o take_v pleasure_n more_o than_o in_o god_n and_o then_o he_o become_v bless_v as_o it_o be_v say_v bless_a be_v the_o poor_a for_o they_o be_v the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n and_o whereas_o it_o be_v say_v he_o go_v and_o buy_v the_o field_n where_o this_o treasure_n be_v hide_v by_o the_o field_n be_v understand_v his_o own_o heart_n and_o mind_n which_o no_o unbeliever_n be_v possessor_n of_o but_o be_v under_o the_o possession_n of_o another_o even_o the_o devil_n now_o till_o the_o field_n be_v redeem_v the_o devil_n and_o sin_n cast_v out_o and_o dispossess_v of_o his_o heart_n and_o soul_n and_o his_o heart_n come_v to_o be_v purify_v sanctify_a unto_o god_n a_o man_n can_v enjoy_v the_o treasure_n for_o in_o the_o unsanctified_a heart_n the_o treasure_n lie_v hide_v and_o bury_v and_o do_v not_o send_v forth_o that_o uertu_n beauty_n and_o glory_n which_o it_o have_v in_o it_o because_o of_o the_o impurity_n of_o the_o
