good-nature_n do_v courtesy_n and_o kindness_n with_o as_o much_o freedom_n and_o readiness_n as_o a_o ill-natured_a person_n do_v injury_n and_o by_o this_o we_o may_v be_v assure_v that_o goodness_n be_v the_o excellency_n of_o the_o divine_a nature_n because_o all_o other_o perfection_n become_v divine_a as_o they_o be_v in_o conjunction_n with_o goodness_n take_v away_o goodness_n and_o nothing_o be_v a_o divine_a perfection_n for_o power_n and_o wit_n be_v in_o the_o diabolical_a state_n as_o well_o as_o otherwhere_a and_o we_o be_v apt_a to_o fear_v wit_n and_o power_n but_o wherever_o there_o be_v goodness_n we_o have_v expectation_n from_o it_o it_o be_v not_o safe_a for_o wit_n and_o power_n to_o be_v alone_o our_o safety_n and_o security_n be_v in_o goodness_n and_o it_o be_v much_o for_o our_o advantage_n that_o all_o divine_a perfection_n be_v in_o conjunction_n with_o goodness_n never_a any_o that_o have_v the_o notion_n of_o a_o god_n doubt_v of_o his_o omnipotency_n and_o all-sufficiency_n but_o the_o great_a question_n be_v concern_v his_o will_n for_o here_o our_o heart_n be_v apt_a to_o misgive_v we_o he_o be_v perfect_o free_a be_v subject_a to_o no_o restraint_n if_o he_o have_v but_o a_o mind_n to_o fail_v we_o we_o give_v he_o cause_n enough_o to_o do_v it_o and_o hence_o arise_v our_o doubt_n now_o to_o satisfy_v you_o in_o this_o i_o say_v *_o that_o where_o there_o be_v all_o perfection_n in_o a_o conjunction_n there_o be_v no_o place_n at_o all_o for_o any_o uncertainty_n inconstancy_n variety_n resolution_n and_o performance_n in_o such_o agent_n always_o go_v along_o with_o the_o reason_n of_o thing_n so_o that_o if_o the_o reason_n of_o thing_n be_v steady_a these_o agent_n be_v always_o steady_a for_o liberty_n as_o a_o perfection_n be_v quite_o another_o thing_n from_o be_v licentious_a or_o lawless_a he_o be_v least_o of_o all_o free_a nay_o he_o be_v the_o very_a slave_n in_o the_o world_n that_o have_v either_o will_n or_o power_n to_o be_v licentious_a or_o exorbitant_a or_o to_o vary_v from_o the_o law_n of_o right_n a_o intelligent_a and_o voluntary_a agent_n in_o his_o right_a constitution_n do_v thing_n in_o due_a and_o convenient_a circumstance_n as_o certain_o and_o constant_o as_o any_o natural_a agent_n and_o do_v as_o sure_o produce_v noble_a and_o generous_a effect_n as_o any_o natural_a cause_n do_v produce_v effect_n that_o be_v natural_a so_o that_o notwithstanding_o the_o fullness_n of_o liberty_n in_o god_n and_o notwithstanding_o his_o omnipotency_n yet_o you_o be_v sure_a of_o he_o in_o all_o case_n of_o righteousness_n and_o equity_n than_o of_o the_o effect_n of_o any_o natural_a cause_n because_o the_o way_n of_o liberty_n in_o a_o intelligent_a agent_n be_v a_o high_a
