consideration_n we_o may_v infallible_o conclude_v that_o infidelity_n in_o such_o time_n as_o we_o be_v no_o more_o excusable_a than_o it_o be_v in_o the_o day_n of_o christ_n or_o his_o apostle_n infidelity_n take_v heed_n therefore_o brethren_n the_o great_a help_n and_o advantage_n against_o unbelief_n i_o conceive_v to_o be_v these_o ensue_n 1._o evidence_n of_o god_n presence_n 2._o or_o these_o light_n on_o a_o good_a understanding_n 3._o at_o least_o upon_o the_o able_a of_o man_n 4._o such_o as_o have_v hold_v communion_n with_o god_n 5._o or_o have_v be_v eminent_a for_o the_o habit_n and_o exercise_n of_o faith_n 6._o or_o these_o with_o warning_n to_o prevent_v the_o danger_n of_o fall_v 7._o and_o those_o reiterated_a yet_o all_o these_o have_v not_o preserve_v good_a man_n from_o sometime_o fall_v a_o word_n of_o each_o 1._o first_o then_o to_o begin_v with_o the_o person_n in_o the_o context_n what_o great_a evidence_n of_o the_o presence_n of_o god_n can_v be_v imagine_v than_o they_o enjoy_v in_o egypt_n in_o their_o passage_n over_o the_o red_a sea_n in_o the_o wilderness_n my_o presence_n say_v god_n shall_v go_v along_o with_o you_o they_o be_v conduct_v by_o a_o pillar_n of_o a_o cloud_n etc._n etc._n they_o be_v support_v and_o correct_v by_o visible_a and_o palpable_a instance_n of_o god_n power_n and_o presence_n yet_o they_o tempt_v and_o grieve_v the_o spirit_n of_o god_n by_o their_o infidelity_n for_o they_o believe_v not_o for_o all_o his_o wondrous_a work_n 2._o but_o these_o jew_n be_v a_o dull_a and_o stupid_a people_n if_o god_n shall_v once_o manifest_v himself_o to_o a_o wise_a and_o understand_a person_n such_o as_o we_o take_v ourselves_o to_o be_v we_o may_v think_v it_o impossible_a to_o fall_v into_o unbelief_n i_o suppose_v it_o will_v be_v no_o disparagement_n to_o these_o objector_n to_o say_v that_o solomon_n may_v be_v as_o wise_a and_o know_v as_o wary_a and_o philosophical_a as_o they_o and_o as_o for_o the_o manifestation_n of_o god_n presence_n the_o scripture_n tell_v we_o express_o 3.3_o that_o god_n appear_v to_o he_o at_o gibeon_n where_o he_o make_v a_o promise_n to_o he_o which_o he_o perform_v yet_o solomon_n fall_v into_o the_o gross_a infidelity_n to_o think_v there_o be_v god_n and_o goddess_n 11.5_o to_o worship_n asteroth_n the_o goddess_n of_o the_o sidonian_n and_o milcom_v garden_n yet_o he_o fall_v through_o unbeleif_n and_o draw_v all_o his_o posterity_n into_o his_o ruin_n 4._o but_o adam_n though_o he_o have_v perfection_n of_o nature_n yet_o he_o want_v grace_n whereby_o he_o may_v have_v hold_v communion_n with_o god_n which_o have_v be_v once_o enjoy_v will_v for_o ever_o have_v keep_v he_o from_o infidelity_n or_o deliberate_a sin_n which_o always_o
