maintain_v his_o child_n but_o he_o can_v suckle_v it_o a_o mother_n may_v give_v it_o a_o breast_n but_o she_o can_v ordinary_o provide_v it_o a_o portion_n a_o brother_n can_v give_v counsel_n but_o he_o can_v give_v himself_o unto_o his_o brother_n a_o husband_n may_v comfort_v his_o wife_n but_o it_o become_v he_o not_o to_o correct_v she_o there_o be_v no_o degree_n of_o nearness_n that_o have_v power_n enough_o to_o answer_v all_o the_o office_n of_o love_n but_o in_o one_o point_n or_o other_o it_o will_v be_v defective_a therefore_o christ_n be_v set_v forth_o unto_o we_o under_o all_o relation_n of_o blood_n and_o unity_n to_o note_v that_o there_o can_v no_o case_n or_o condition_n of_o the_o church_n be_v suppose_v wherein_o the_o care_n of_o christ_n shall_v be_v impotent_a or_o deficient_a towards_o it_o wherein_o he_o be_v not_o able_a to_o correct_v to_o nourish_v to_o instruct_v to_o counsel_v to_o comfort_v to_o provide_v for_o it_o second_o he_o be_v our_o companion_n in_o suffering_n he_o himself_o suffer_v and_o be_v tempt_v and_o this_o the_o apostle_n make_v a_o main_a ground_n of_o his_o care_n towards_o we_o 4.15_o and_o of_o our_o confidence_n in_o he_o we_o have_v not_o a_o high_a priest_n which_o can_v be_v touch_v with_o a_o feel_n of_o our_o infirmity_n 2.17_o but_o be_v in_o all_o point_v tempt_v as_o we_o be_v only_o without_o sin_n 5.2_o and_o therefore_o he_o be_v able_a to_o succour_v those_o that_o be_v tempt_v and_o to_o take_v compassion_n on_o those_o that_o be_v out_o of_o the_o way_n because_o he_o be_v compass_v with_o such_o infirmity_n as_o be_v much_o less_o grievous_a than_o the_o weight_n of_o sin_n three_o he_o be_v our_o head_n and_o so_o be_v one_o with_o we_o in_o a_o near_a relation_n than_o that_o of_o affinity_n in_o a_o relation_n of_o unity_n for_o he_o and_o his_o member_n make_v but_o one_o christ._n and_o be_v head_n he_o be_v the_o seat_n of_o care_n and_o the_o fountain_n of_o influence_n into_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o body_n all_o the_o wisdom_n
