seduce_v into_o this_o error_n of_o the_o necessity_n of_o circumcision_n and_o keep_v the_o law_n of_o moses_n have_v by_o this_o new_a article_n of_o faith_n which_o they_o have_v add_v to_o the_o christian_a religion_n quite_o alter_v the_o frame_n of_o it_o and_o make_v the_o gospel_n another_o thing_n from_o that_o which_o our_o saviour_n deliver_v and_o command_v his_o apostle_n to_o when_o i_o say_v that_o you_o be_v remove_v to_o another_o gospel_n i_o do_v not_o mean_v that_o you_o have_v renounce_v christianity_n and_o be_v go_v over_o to_o another_o religion_n but_o that_o you_o be_v seduce_v by_o those_o who_o have_v a_o mind_n to_o pervert_v the_o gospel_n of_o christ_n by_o add_v something_o to_o it_o as_o a_o necessary_a and_o essential_a part_n of_o it_o which_o christ_n have_v not_o make_v so_o this_o the_o apostle_n call_v a_o pervert_n or_o overthrow_v of_o the_o gospel_n because_o by_o thus_o alter_v the_o term_n and_o condition_n of_o it_o they_o make_v it_o quite_o another_o thing_n from_o what_o our_o saviour_n deliver_v it_o and_o then_o at_o the_o 8_o the_o and_o 9_o the_o verse_n he_o denounce_v a_o terrible_a anathema_n against_o those_o whoever_o they_o shall_v be_v yea_o though_o it_o be_v a_o apostle_n or_o a_o angel_n from_o heaven_n who_o by_o thus_o pervert_v the_o gospel_n of_o christ_n that_o be_v by_o make_v any_o thing_n the_o addition_n of_o any_o thing_n to_o the_o christian_a doctrine_n as_o necessary_a to_o be_v believe_v and_o practise_v in_o order_n to_o salvation_n three_o that_o christian_n may_v judge_v and_o discern_v when_o such_o addition_n be_v make_v four_o and_o consequent_o that_o since_o the_o declaration_n of_o the_o gospel_n and_o the_o confirmation_n of_o it_o there_o be_v no_o authority_n in_o the_o christian_a church_n to_o impose_v upon_o christian_n any_o thing_n as_o of_o necessity_n to_o salvation_n which_o the_o gospel_n have_v not_o make_v so_o five_o that_o there_o be_v no_o visible_a judge_n how_o infallible_a soever_o he_o may_v pretend_v to_o be_v to_o who_o definition_n and_o declaration_n in_o matter_n of_o faith_n and_o practice_n necessary_a to_o salvation_n we_o that_o time_n which_o we_o part_v with_o upon_o such_o cheap_a and_o easy_a term_n good_a god_n what_o a_o stupid_a and_o senseless_a prodigality_n be_v this_o do_v we_o consider_v what_o we_o do_v when_o we_o give_v away_o such_o large_a portion_n of_o our_o time_n to_o our_o ease_n and_o pleasure_n to_o diversion_n and_o idleness_n to_o trifle_v and_o unprofitable_a conversation_n to_o the_o make_n and_o receive_v of_o impertinent_a visit_n and_o the_o usual_a and_o almost_o inseparable_a attendant_n thereof_o spiteful_a observation_n upon_o they_o that_o be_v present_a and_o slander_v and_o backbiting_a those_o that_o be_v absent_a for_o the_o great_a design_n of_o most_o people_n in_o visit_n be_v not_o to_o better_v one_o another_o but_o to_o spy_v and_o make_v fault_n and_o not_o to_o mend_v they_o to_o get_v time_n off_o their_o hand_n to_o show_v their_o fine_a clothes_n and_o to_o recommend_v themselves_o to_o the_o mutual_a contempt_n of_o one_o another_o by_o a_o plentiful_a impertinence_n when_o we_o part_v with_o it_o by_o wholesale_n in_o sleep_n and_o dress_n and_o can_v spend_v whole_a morning_n between_o the_o comb_n and_o the_o glass_n and_o the_o afternoon_n at_o play_n and_o whole_a night_n in_o game_n or_o in_o riot_n and_o lewdness_n and_o intemperance_n in_o all_o which_o people_n common_o waste_v their_o money_n and_o their_o time_n together_o nay_o how_o do_v even_o the_o best_a of_o we_o misplace_v this_o precious_a treasure_n and_o though_o we_o do_v not_o employ_v it_o to_o wicked_a purpose_n and_o in_o work_n of_o iniquity_n yet_o we_o do_v not_o apply_v it_o to_o the_o best_a and_o noble_a use_n to_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n and_o the_o good_a and_o salvation_n of_o man_n by_o thus_o lay_v out_o this_o treasure_n we_o may_v lay_v up_o for_o ourselves_o treasure_n in_o heaven_n and_o help_v other_o on_o in_o the_o way_n thither_o thus_o our_o bless_a saviour_n employ_v his_o precious_a time_n in_o go_v about_o do_v good_a in_o all_o kind_n and_o upon_o all_o occasion_n heal_v the_o body_n and_o enlighten_v the_o mind_n and_o save_v the_o soul_n of_o man_n this_o be_v his_o business_n and_o this_o be_v his_o delight_n it_o be_v his_o meat_n and_o drink_n and_o his_o very_a life_n he_o spend_v himself_o in_o it_o and_o sacrifice_v his_o ease_n and_o his_o safety_n and_o his_o life_n to_o these_o great_a end_n for_o which_o he_o come_v into_o the_o world_n he_o consider_v the_o goodness_n and_o the_o greatness_n of_o his_o work_n and_o the_o little_a time_n he_o have_v to_o do_v it_o in_o which_o make_v he_o incessant_o industrious_a in_o it_o and_o to_o run_v the_o race_n which_o be_v set_v before_o he_o with_o great_a speed_n and_o to_o work_v while_o it_o be_v day_n because_o he_o know_v this_o day_n though_o it_o be_v the_o flower_n of_o our_o time_n and_o the_o most_o proper_a season_n of_o all_o other_o for_o the_o remembrance_n of_o god_n and_o the_o impression_n of_o religion_n yet_o it_o be_v usual_o possess_v by_o vanity_n and_o vice_n the_o common_a custom_n and_o practice_n of_o the_o world_n have_v devote_v this_o best_a part_n of_o our_o age_n to_o the_o worst_a employment_n to_o the_o service_n of_o sin_n and_o of_o our_o lust_n how_o very_o few_o be_v there_o that_o lie_v hold_v of_o this_o opportunity_n and_o employ_v it_o to_o the_o best_a purpose_n and_o yet_o the_o follow_a course_n of_o our_o life_n do_v in_o a_o great_a measure_n depend_v upon_o it_o for_o most_o person_n do_v continue_v and_o hold_v on_o in_o the_o way_n in_o which_o they_o set_v about_o it_o in_o good_a earnest_n the_o easy_a we_o shall_v find_v it_o if_o we_o defer_v it_o late_o every_o step_n will_v be_v up_o the_o hill_n and_o against_o the_o grain_n three_o after_o this_o
