to_o secure_v and_o make_v safe_a the_o say_a trade_n of_o fish_v to_o our_o subject_n for_o ever_o and_o also_o to_o make_v some_o commendable_a benefit_n for_o the_o use_n of_o mankind_n by_o the_o land_n and_o profit_n thereof_o which_o hitherto_o from_o the_o beginning_n as_o it_o seem_v manifest_a have_v remain_v unprofitable_a and_o for_o better_a performance_n of_o such_o their_o purpose_n and_o intention_n have_v humble_o beseech_v our_o regal_a authority_n and_o assistance_n we_o be_v well_o assure_v that_o the_o same_o land_n or_o country_n adjoin_v to_o the_o foresay_a coast_n where_o our_o subject_n use_v to_o fish_n remain_v so_o destitute_a and_o desolate_a of_o inhabitant_n that_o scarce_o any_o one_o savage_a person_n have_v in_o many_o year_n be_v see_v in_o the_o
