consider_v the_o duty_n of_o prayer_n qualify_v with_o those_o circumstance_n that_o the_o holy_a scripture_n do_v require_v viz._n that_o it_o must_v be_v instant_a fervent_a importunate_n violent_a we_o may_v conclude_v that_o prayer_n itself_o be_v as_o certain_a a_o proof_n of_o the_o communication_n of_o grace_n as_o it_o be_v a_o mean_n to_o procure_v they_o for_o if_o we_o must_v pray_v instant_o fervent_o importunate_o violent_o what_o be_v the_o thing_n we_o must_v pray_v for_o in_o this_o manner_n no_o worldly_a need_n can_v justify_v such_o a_o desire_n our_o desire_n of_o life_n or_o any_o of_o its_o accommodation_n in_o such_o a_o measure_n will_v be_v immoderate_a impatient_a and_o sinful_a and_o therefore_o it_o be_v that_o submission_n and_o resignation_n be_v prescribe_v to_o our_o request_n in_o respect_n of_o all_o these_o thing_n grace_n therefore_o be_v the_o only_a blessing_n that_o can_v be_v worthy_a such_o a_o measure_n of_o importunity_n this_o alone_a we_o
