will_v believe_v in_o your_o own_o strength_n these_o promise_n represent_v god_n plain_o undertake_v free_o and_o full_o to_o work_v that_o in_o sinner_n which_o be_v require_v in_o the_o gospel_n covenant_n in_o order_n to_o their_o be_v make_v partaker_n in_o the_o good_a therein_o promise_v and_o for_o that_o reason_n be_v they_o say_v to_o be_v absclute_a with_o respect_n to_o the_o gospel_n covenant_n because_o they_o bear_v no_o respect_n to_o the_o condition_n which_o be_v therein_o propound_v and_o require_v so_o as_o to_o engage_v for_o it_o 4._o that_o all_o these_o to_o all_o where_o the_o gospel_n come_v that_o there_o be_v no_o hindrance_n on_o god_n part_n why_o he_o may_v not_o come_v and_o pardon_v and_o heal_v the_o sinner_n nor_o any_o impediment_n on_o our_o part_n by_o reason_n of_o impenitency_n unbelief_n or_o great_a transgression_n but_o that_o he_o may_v look_v over_o break_v through_o and_o for_o all_o they_o come_v to_o we_o and_o afford_v satan_n the_o adversary_n of_o god_n people_n seek_v to_o find_v many_o slaw_n and_o thereupon_o to_o pester_v their_o mind_n and_o disturb_v their_o tranquillity_n so_o as_o that_o many_o time_n they_o can_v with_o that_o quietness_n repose_v themselves_o upon_o it_o or_o suck_v that_o sweet_a and_o comfort_n out_o of_o it_o which_o be_v therein_o provide_v for_o they_o and_o the_o usual_a former_a there_o be_v so_o much_o counterfeit_n in_o the_o world_n and_o it_o be_v a_o thing_n so_o easy_a to_o be_v mistake_v about_o and_o lead_v into_o a_o vain_a presumption_n yet_o he_o trouble_v they_o with_o doubt_n whether_o they_o be_v indeed_o true_a believer_n or_o have_v sincere_o repent_v and_o turn_v to_o god_n now_o for_o the_o clear_n up_o of_o this_o they_o be_v to_o confer_v the_o rule_n give_v in_o the_o scripture_n and_o wait_v for_o the_o co-witness_a of_o the_o spirit_n but_o to_o the_o latter_a the_o trouble_n be_v a_o believer_n find_v satan_n fill_v he_o with_o fear_n whether_o he_o shall_v ever_o be_v able_a to_o perform_v they_o his_o faith_n be_v so_o weak_a and_o the_o temptation_n which_o assault_v he_o be_v so_o strong_a that_o he_o shall_v fail_v and_o his_o faith_n give_v in_o his_o obedience_n be_v so_o poor_a and_o uneven_a that_o it_o will_v never_o find_v acceptance_n with_o god_n and_o this_o perseverance_n be_v a_o terrible_a thing_n how_o shall_v which_o be_v thus_o require_v of_o you_o in_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n to_o be_v firm_o and_o faithful_o undertake_v for_o by_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n for_o we_o observe_v before_o that_o in_o the_o covenant_n of_o redemption_n one_o condition_n that_o be_v lay_v upon_o and_o require_v of_o the_o son_n of_o god_n be_v that_o he_o shall_v bring_v many_o son_n to_o glory_n and_o for_o that_o end_n he_o undertake_v to_o do_v all_o that_o for_o they_o and_o in_o they_o that_o be_v requisite_a for_o the_o accomplishment_n of_o it_o so_o that_o he_o stand_v oblige_v not_o only_o to_o for_o we_o can_v no_o more_o do_v this_o of_o ourselves_o than_o we_o can_v the_o other_o but_o it_o be_v far_o otherwise_o that_o will_v be_v a_o arminian_n mock_v redemption_n and_o it_o will_v be_v but_o to_o save_v we_o from_o one_o hell_n to_o throw_v we_o into_o a_o worse_a but_o as_o the_o son_n of_o god_n be_v to_o answer_v the_o law_n for_o we_o so_o be_v he_o to_o give_v we_o the_o you_o and_o they_o must_v be_v find_v in_o you_o if_o ever_o you_o be_v save_v yet_o in_o the_o covenant_n of_o redemption_n all_o this_o be_v undertake_v for_o for_o this_o be_v the_o proper_a language_n of_o these_o promise_n when_o god_n say_v he_o will_v give_v you_o a_o new_a heart_n and_o put_v his_o spirit_n upon_o you_o and_o put_v his_o fear_n into_o your_o heart_n and_o you_o which_o ordinary_o come_v under_o these_o denomination_n among_o we_o it_o be_v neither_o that_o which_o be_v make_v with_o adam_n in_o innocency_n nor_o that_o which_o be_v make_v with_o we_o in_o and_o through_o a_o mediator_n for_o in_o both_o of_o these_o man_n be_v of_o one_o party_n whereas_o he_o be_v not_o so_o in_o this_o but_o only_o a_o subject_a in_o respect_n of_o which_o it_o be_v make_v but_o if_o the_o enquiry_n be_v under_z whether_o of_o these_o consideration_n it_o be_v to_o be_v look_v on_o in_o itself_o it_o may_v be_v ready_o reply_v that_o according_a to_o its_o respect_n it_o may_v be_v account_v either_o the_o one_o or_o the_o other_o here_o than_o we_o be_v to_o look_v upon_o it_o either_o with_o reference_n to_o the_o matter_n of_o it_o and_o the_o term_n between_o the_o party_n or_o to_o the_o end_n and_o design_n of_o it_o 1._o if_o we_o consider_v the_o matter_n of_o it_o and_o the_o term_n which_o be_v agree_v on_o between_o the_o party_n covenant_v it_o full_o agree_v to_o a_o covenant_n of_o work_n and_o indeed_o it_o bear_v a_o proper_a respect_n to_o the_o covenant_n of_o work_n which_o pass_v between_o god_n and_o man_n at_o first_o for_o christ_n be_v to_o be_v the_o second_o adam_n and_o therefore_o he_o be_v to_o do_v that_o for_o we_o which_o the_o other_o fail_v of_o do_v and_o to_o restore_v we_o from_o that_o misery_n which_o he_o by_o his_o failure_n bring_v upon_o we_o hence_o that_o 1_o cor._n 15._o 22._o as_o in_o adam_n all_o die_n even_o so_o in_o christ_n shall_v all_o be_v make_v alive_a but_o which_o there_o be_v a_o work_n to_o be_v do_v and_o a_o reward_n to_o be_v give_v on_o the_o account_n of_o it_o he_o be_v to_o purchase_v and_o pay_v for_o what_o he_o have_v and_o that_o to_o the_o full_a price_n on_o which_o account_n the_o inheritance_n be_v say_v to_o be_v purchase_v eph._n 1._o 14._o and_o he_o be_v say_v to_o give_v himself_o a_o ransom_n 1._o tim_n 2._o 6._o but_o this_o
