i_o come_v to_o treat_v of_o that_o subject_a therefore_o he_o must_v from_o his_o own_o rule_n acknowledge_v that_o our_o practice_n therein_o be_v of_o god_n but_o i_o be_o sure_a he_o be_v conscious_a to_o himself_o that_o the_o practice_n of_o infant-baptism_n can_v be_v prove_v by_o the_o express_a word_n of_o scripture_n because_o he_o find_v fault_n with_o we_o for_o urge_v they_o to_o it_o in_o page_n 10._o where_o he_o bring_v we_o in_o say_v bring_v we_o a_o plain_a text_n and_o we_o will_v believe_v it_o and_o represent_v it_o as_o a_o unreasonable_a demand_n but_o if_o his_o passion_n have_v not_o so_o far_o transport_v he_o as_o to_o make_v he_o forget_v what_o subject-matter_n he_o be_v treat_v of_o he_o may_v have_v forbear_v those_o reflection_n against_o we_o for_o i_o do_v affirm_v that_o baptism_n be_v a_o part_n of_o institute_v worship_n and_o therefore_o whilst_o he_o pretend_v to_o practise_v infant-baptism_n he_o be_v oblige_v to_o show_v we_o where_o it_o be_v express_o command_v in_o the_o word_n of_o god_n or_o otherwise_o how_o do_v he_o know_v it_o be_v the_o will_n of_o god_n that_o it_o shall_v be_v practise_v at_o all_o for_o all_o institute_v worship_n have_v its_o foundation_n only_o in_o the_o will_n of_o the_o lawgiver_n as_o he_o have_v reveal_v it_o unto_o we_o and_o unless_o he_o have_v find_v out_o some_o other_o rule_n of_o faith_n and_o practice_n beside_o the_o word_n of_o god_n he_o be_v bind_v to_o submit_v himself_o to_o the_o authority_n thereof_o in_o the_o determination_n of_o this_o controversy_n to_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n and_o yet_o in_o the_o same_o page_n he_o say_v we_o do_v not_o baptize_v person_n as_o the_o elect_a of_o god_n or_o infant_n as_o the_o infant_n of_o the_o elect_n for_o we_o do_v not_o know_v who_o belong_v to_o the_o election_n of_o grace_n but_o self-contradiction_n be_v common_a with_o he_o i_o shall_v make_v some_o few_o remark_n upon_o it_o and_o so_o proceed_v to_o
