and_o raise_v up_o a_o deliverance_n to_o the_o seed_n of_o jacob_n and_o cause_v they_o to_o return_v out_o of_o their_o captivity_n &_o he_o will_v have_v mercy_n on_o they_o that_o which_o he_o say_v to_o his_o people_n he_o speak_v it_o plain_o and_o open_o i_o have_v not_o speak_v in_o secret_a in_o a_o dark_a place_n of_o the_o earth_n the_o heathen_a god_n do_v speak_v dark_o and_o ambiguous_o to_o their_o worshipper_n that_o they_o know_v not_o what_o to_o make_v of_o their_o word_n but_o i_o have_v not_o do_v so_o to_o you_o say_v god_n they_o will_v have_v you_o worship_v they_o but_o they_o can_v help_v you_o when_o you_o have_v so_o do_v it_o be_v not_o so_o with_o i_o thus_o say_v the_o lord_n if_o my_o covenant_n be_v not_o with_o day_n and_o night_n and_o if_o i_o have_v not_o appoint_v the_o ordinance_n of_o heaven_n and_o earth_n then_o will_v i_o cast_v away_o the_o seed_n of_o jacob_n that_o be_v the_o church_n of_o god_n the_o saint_n you_o will_v say_v why_o be_v the_o people_n of_o god_n call_v the_o seed_n of_o jacob_n rather_o than_o the_o seed_n of_o abraham_n or_o the_o seed_n of_o isaac_n the_o seed_n of_o jacob_n the_o reason_n may_v be_v these_o two_o first_o because_o that_o all_o jacob_n posterity_n be_v the_o church_n of_o god_n all_o jacob_n child_n the_o patriarch_n be_v every_o one_o of_o the_o church_n all_o that_o come_v from_o abraham_n be_v not_o so_o ishmael_n be_v not_o so_o all_o that_o come_v from_o isaac_n be_v not_o so_o esau_n be_v not_o but_o all_o jacob_n child_n be_v therefore_o speak_v of_o the_o people_n of_o god_n of_o the_o church_n that_o shall_v be_v to_o the_o end_n of_o the_o world_n they_o be_v say_v here_o to_o be_v the_o seed_n of_o jacob_n rather_o than_o the_o seed_n of_o abraham_n or_o of_o isaac_n then_o second_o the_o seed_n of_o jacòb_n because_o the_o lord_n be_v here_o speak_v of_o the_o blessing_n of_o his_o seed_n namely_o in_o the_o hear_n of_o their_o prayer_n call_v unto_o the_o scripture_n do_v not_o put_v such_o a_o eminency_n either_o upon_o abraham_n or_o isaac_n for_o prayer_n as_o upon_o jacob_n you_o have_v the_o most_o eminent_a expression_n for_o prayer_n that_o ever_o be_v speak_v of_o any_o man_n never_o the_o like_a gen._n 32.28_o and_o he_o say_v thy_o name_n shall_v be_v call_v no_o more_o jacob_n but_o israel_n for_o as_o a_o prince_n have_v thou_o power_n with_o god_n and_o with_o man_n and_o have_v prevail_v o_o how_o eminent_a be_v he_o in_o prayer_n therefore_o it_o be_v rather_o say_v the_o seed_n of_o jacob_n then_o of_o abraham_n or_o isaac_n but_o you_o will_v say_v than_o they_o shall_v rather_o have_v be_v call_v the_o seed_n of_o israel_n for_o his_o name_n of_o israel_n be_v give_v he_o upon_o his_o prevail_a with_o god_n we_o must_v not_o be_v too_o inquisitive_a these_o name_n be_v use_v promiscuous_o but_o this_o be_v one_o reason_n that_o be_v give_v and_o it_o seem_v to_o have_v probability_n with_o it_o in_o scripture_n when_o god_n speak_v of_o the_o church_n in_o a_o low_a condition_n he_o put_v the_o name_n of_o jacob_n on_o they_o rather_o than_o israel_n fear_v not_o thou_o worm_n jacob_n and_o it_o follow_v you_o man_n of_o israel_n isa_n 41.14_o he_o put_v they_o in_o mind_n of_o their_o low_a condition_n by_o this_o name_n rather_o than_o israel_n fear_v not_o thou_o worm_n jacob_n for_o before_o jacob_n name_n be_v change_v you_o know_v what_o a_o low_a condition_n and_o what_o straits_n he_o be_v in_o so_o here_o the_o lord_n speak_v of_o his_o church_n deliverance_n out_o of_o distress_n he_o call_v they_o the_o seed_n of_o jacob_n that_o they_o may_v see_v how_o by_o their_o prayer_n they_o be_v bring_v from_o their_o straits_n as_o jacob_n be_v bring_v from_o his_o straits_n by_o prayer_n when_o he_o be_v jacob_n before_o he_o be_v israel_n he_o be_v in_o great_a straits_n so_o shall_v the_o church_n be_v till_o they_o seek_v god_n call_v unto_o i_o and_o i_o effect_v in_o they_o when_o god_n speak_v to_o a_o people_n and_o they_o do_v not_o what_o he_o require_v his_o word_n may_v seem_v to_o be_v slight_v there_o be_v no_o efficacy_n in_o his_o word_n to_o prevail_v but_o say_v god_n call_v unto_o i_o and_o i_o will_v answer_v thou_o that_o be_v i_o call_v not_o on_o my_o people_n to_o call_v unto_o i_o and_o they_o go_v their_o own_o way_n but_o what_o i_o speak_v to_o they_o prevail_v with_o they_o and_o in_o they_o and_o they_o do_v that_o which_o i_o require_v this_o be_v a_o bless_a thing_n that_o we_o do_v that_o which_o the_o lord_n require_v of_o we_o to_o be_v do_v that_o be_v the_o first_o observation_n second_o call_v unto_o i_o and_o i_o will_v answer_v thou_o that_o be_v i_o do_v not_o only_o command_v but_o i_o do_v
