blessedness_n and_o glory_n both_o these_o namely_o faith_n and_o sight_n the_o one_o in_o this_o life_n the_o other_o in_o that_o which_o be_v to_o come_v have_v the_o same_o immediate_a object_n for_o they_o be_v the_o ability_n of_o the_o soul_n to_o go_v forth_o unto_o and_o to_o embrace_v their_o object_n now_o this_o object_n of_o they_o both_o be_v the_o glory_n of_o christ_n as_o have_v be_v declare_v as_o also_o what_o that_o glory_n be_v and_o wherein_o it_o do_v consist_v wherefore_o my_o present_a design_n be_v to_o inquire_v into_o the_o difference_n that_o be_v between_o our_o that_o which_o they_o enjoy_v by_o vision_n who_o be_v above_o the_o object_n of_o they_o both_o be_v adequate_o the_o same_o but_o herein_o also_o i_o shall_v have_v respect_n only_o unto_o some_o of_o those_o thing_n which_o concern_v our_o practice_n or_o the_o present_a immediate_a exercise_n of_o faith_n for_o i_o have_v elsewhere_o handle_v at_o large_a the_o state_n of_o the_o church_n above_o or_o that_o of_o present_a glory_n give_v a_o account_n of_o the_o administration_n of_o the_o office_n of_o christ_n in_o heaven_n his_o presence_n among_o the_o glorify_a soul_n and_o the_o adoration_n of_o god_n under_o his_o conduct_n i_o have_v also_o declare_v the_o advantage_n which_o they_o have_v by_o be_v with_o he_o and_o the_o prospect_n they_o have_v of_o his_o glory_n therefore_o these_o thing_n must_v here_o be_v only_o touch_v on_o these_o difference_n may_v be_v refer_v unto_o two_o head_n 1._o those_o which_o arise_v from_o the_o different_a nature_n and_o by_o way_n of_o a_o representation_n as_o in_o a_o glass_n for_o i_o take_v the_o glass_n here_o not_o to_o be_v optical_a or_o a_o prospective_n which_o help_v the_o sight_n but_o a_o speculum_fw-la or_o a_o glass_n which_o reflect_v a_o image_n of_o what_o we_o do_v behold_v it_o be_v a_o sight_n like_o that_o which_o we_o have_v of_o a_o man_n in_o a_o glass_n when_o we_o see_v not_o his_o person_n or_o substance_n but_o a_o image_n or_o representation_n of_o they_o only_o which_o be_v imperfect_a the_o shadow_n or_o image_n of_o this_o glory_n of_o christ_n be_v draw_v in_o the_o gospel_n and_o therein_o we_o behold_v it_o as_o the_o likeness_n of_o a_o man_n represent_v unto_o we_o in_o a_o glass_n and_o although_o it_o be_v obscure_a and_o imperfect_a in_o comparison_n of_o his_o own_o real_a substantial_a glory_n which_o be_v the_o object_n of_o vision_n in_o heaven_n yet_o be_v it_o the_o only_a image_n and_o representation_n of_o himself_o which_o he_o have_v leave_v and_o give_v unto_o we_o in_o this_o world_n that_o woeful_a curse_a invention_n of_o frame_v image_n of_o he_o out_o of_o stock_n and_o stone_n however_o adorn_v or_o representation_n of_o he_o by_o the_o art_n of_o paint_v be_v so_o far_o from_o present_v unto_o the_o mind_n of_o man_n any_o thing_n of_o his_o real_a glory_n that_o nothing_o can_v be_v more_o effectual_a to_o divert_v their_o glory_n of_o god_n when_o he_o cause_v it_o to_o pass_v by_o he_o there_o will_v be_v use_n herein_o of_o our_o bodily_a eye_n as_o shall_v be_v declare_v for_o as_o joh_n say_v in_o our_o flesh_n shall_v we_o see_v our_o redeemer_n and_o our_o eye_n shall_v behold_v he_o chap._n 19_o 25_o 26_o 27._o that_o corporeal_a sense_n shall_v not_o be_v restore_v unto_o we_o and_o that_o glorify_a
