and_o of_o christ_n jesus_n write_v upon_o he_o quest_n 1._o what_o be_v mean_v by_o this_o description_n of_o christ_n 7._o verse_n 7._o he_o which_o be_v holy_a he_o which_o be_v true_a he_o which_o have_v the_o key_n of_o david_n he_o which_o open_v etc._n etc._n and_o why_o be_v he_o thus_o propound_v to_o this_o church_n answ_n this_o description_n be_v take_v out_o of_o the_o first_o chapter_n though_o not_o word_n for_o word_n yet_o in_o effect_n be_v the_o same_o which_o be_v there_o reveal_v his_o pure_a white_a head_n set_v forth_o his_o holiness_n and_o purity_n vers_fw-la by_o excommunication_n the_o obstinate_a sinner_n when_o he_o say_v to_o you_o i_o give_v the_o key_n of_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n etc._n etc._n will_v thou_o then_o not_o have_v the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n shut_v against_o thou_o but_o open_v unto_o thou_o seek_v it_o of_o christ_n who_o only_o open_v and_o shut_v and_o thou_o shall_v not_o need_v to_o regard_v the_o pope_n who_o take_v upon_o he_o to_o be_v the_o keeper_n of_o this_o key_n for_o if_o he_o or_o any_o minister_n of_o god_n shut_v out_o such_o as_o to_o who_o christ_n open_v or_o contrariwise_o he_o shall_v be_v rest_v in_o the_o second_o exposition_n i_o omit_v to_o examine_v these_o touch_v this_o title_n particular_o direct_v to_o philadelphia_n the_o content_n of_o the_o epistle_n a_o open_a door_n be_v therein_o mention_v make_v the_o reason_n hereof_o so_o plain_a that_o i_o shall_v not_o need_v to_o speak_v further_o of_o it_o he_o put_v they_o hereby_o in_o mind_n that_o that_o begin_n of_o publish_v the_o gospel_n and_o open_v the_o secret_n thereof_o among_o they_o be_v by_o his_o power_n neither_o shall_v any_o ever_o be_v able_a to_o put_v it_o down_o again_o that_o when_o they_o shall_v consider_v their_o own_o small_a strength_n and_o the_o power_n of_o their_o adversary_n persecute_v the_o gospel_n they_o may_v not_o despair_v of_o the_o proceed_n thereof_o but_o confident_o expect_v the_o continuance_n of_o it_o to_o the_o end_n of_o the_o world_n quest_n 2._o whether_o be_v this_o church_n of_o philadelphia_n without_o all_o fault_n 8._o verse_n 8._o because_o here_o be_v no_o reproof_n but_o altogether_o commendation_n and_o what_o church_n at_o this_o day_n may_v most_o fit_o be_v compare_v unto_o it_o answ_n to_o the_o first_o bullinger_n answer_v well_o that_o a_o right_n and_o sound_a faith_n do_v cover_v over_o and_o hide_v all_o infirmity_n in_o manner_n without_o which_o it_o be_v not_o to_o be_v doubt_v but_o this_o church_n be_v
