circumspect_a to_o keep_v ourselves_o in_o the_o right_a way_n hagg._n 1._o 5._o set_a your_o heart_n on_o your_o way_n psal._n 119._o 59_o i_o consider_v my_o way_n and_o turn_v my_o foot_n unto_o thy_o testimony_n the_o second_o charge_n in_o this_o commandment_n that_o when_o we_o walk_v charge_n in_o the_o way_n to_o life_n the_o straitnes_n of_o the_o way_n must_v not_o discourage_v we_o from_o go_v forward_o therein_o this_o be_v the_o principal_a point_n intend_v by_o our_o saviour_n christ_n in_o this_o commandment_n even_o to_o arm_v we_o with_o courage_n duty_n and_o perseverance_n against_o affliction_n cross_n and_o temptation_n which_o may_v dismay_v &_o daunt_v we_o in_o this_o way_n and_o in_o this_o charge_n we_o be_v teach_v sundry_a weighty_a duty_n to_o all_o of_o we_o but_o we_o must_v restrain_v ourselves_o thereof_o and_o bring_v our_o mind_n our_o thought_n affection_n our_o will_n speech_n and_o action_n into_o the_o strait_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n this_o restraint_n of_o our_o natural_a desire_n be_v twofold_a by_o the_o law_n and_o by_o the_o gospel_n in_o the_o law_n every_o commandment_n minister_v his_o particular_a restraint_n as_o we_o shall_v see_v in_o their_o order_n the_o first_o commandment_n concern_v the_o have_v of_o the_o true_a god_n for_o commandment_n our_o god_n by_o nature_n we_o take_v liberty_n to_o ourselves_o to_o conceive_v of_o god_n at_o our_o own_o pleasure_n for_o common_o man_n conceive_v of_o god_n out_o of_o the_o trimtie_n and_o worship_v the_o person_n one_o out_o of_o another_o the_o jew_n the_o turk_n and_o all_o the_o heathen_a will_v not_o be_v restrain_v of_o this_o liberty_n but_o the_o people_n of_o god_n who_o submit_v themselves_o to_o his_o word_n they_o by_o this_o law_n be_v restrain_v of_o this_o natural_a desire_n and_o be_v teach_v to_o choose_v and_o have_v to_o themselves_o the_o true_a god_n for_o their_o
