government_n but_o who_o they_o find_v to_o possess_v the_o imperial_a robe_n to_o have_v the_o crown_n on_o his_o head_n and_o the_o sceptre_n and_o sword_n in_o his_o hand_n to_o he_o they_o ready_o yield_v their_o inoffensive_a obedience_n and_o serve_v he_o in_o his_o war_n against_o his_o enemy_n as_o they_o do_v unto_o nero_n domitian_n decius_n dioclesian_n julian_n phocas_n and_o other_o righteous_a and_o just_a second_o i_o say_v that_o there_o be_v crudelitas_fw-la parcens_fw-la &_o misericordia_fw-la puniens_fw-la a_o spare_a which_o be_v cruelty_n and_o a_o punishment_n that_o trouble_n nor_o length_n of_o time_n change_v our_o mind_n because_o perseverance_n in_o faith_n and_o virtue_n be_v that_o which_o crow_v all_o the_o other_o virtue_n and_o if_o at_o any_o time_n
