now_o all_o thing_n be_v to_o be_v use_v that_o be_v mean_n to_o stir_v we_o up_o to_o private_a prayer_n and_o all_o thing_n be_v to_o be_v shun_v that_o hinder_v we_o from_o it_o those_o thing_n that_o may_v further_o we_o to_o it_o be_v hear_v the_o word_n read_v it_o pray_v public_o and_o be_v in_o company_n with_o other_o when_o they_o pray_v for_o all_o these_o help_n to_o increase_v and_o strengthen_v faith_n and_o without_o faith_n it_o be_v impossible_a to_o pray_v aright_o either_o public_o or_o private_o or_o to_o take_v hold_n of_o the_o promise_n of_o god_n in_o christ_n believe_v that_o our_o prayer_n shall_v be_v accept_v and_o grant_v so_o far_o forth_o as_o shall_v be_v to_o god_n glory_n and_o our_o good_a and_o the_o true_a servant_n of_o god_n will_v never_o desire_v more_o than_o he_o know_v by_o faith_n in_o christ_n which_o he_o have_v learn_v by_o the_o promise_n of_o the_o gospel_n that_o he_o shall_v have_v chap._n 17._o le_fw-fr we_o there_o be_v many_o thing_n that_o will_v hinder_v both_o man_n and_o woman_n from_o this_o duty_n the_o devil_n will_v do_v what_o he_o can_v to_o hinder_v we_o the_o world_n be_v our_o hindrance_n continual_o and_o a_o man_n own_o friend_n be_v oftentimes_o hindrance_n too_o yea_o a_o man_n own_o nature_n will_v never_o be_v willing_a to_o talk_v with_o god_n for_o by_o nature_n we_o run_v away_o from_o he_o with_o adam_n and_o rather_o hide_v ourselves_o with_o figge-leave_n and_o excuse_n then_o come_v to_o god_n and_o fall_v down_o before_o he_o on_o our_o face_n confess_v our_o sin_n acknowledge_v our_o unworthiness_n crave_v pardon_n for_o christ_n sake_n of_o god_n for_o all_o of_o our_o transgression_n yet_o adam_n have_v more_o cause_n to_o run_v away_o than_o we_o have_v and_o we_o have_v more_o cause_n a_o great_a deal_n to_o come_v to_o god_n than_o he_o have_v for_o he_o know_v not_o then_o that_o god_n will_v call_v he_o back_o again_o and_o give_v he_o his_o pardon_n in_o christ_n who_o shall_v tread_v down_o the_o head_n of_o the_o serpent_n which_o beguile_v he_o but_o we_o know_v that_o god_n have_v call_v adam_n and_o all_o his_o posterity_n &_o little_a bait_n will_v serve_v for_o a_o little_a fish_n and_o a_o great_a bait_n for_o a_o great_a fish_n for_o a_o great_a bait_n will_v not_o serve_v to_o catch_v a_o little_a fish_n nor_o a_o little_a bait_n will_v not_o serve_v to_o catch_v a_o great_a fish_n and_o beside_o this_o he_o must_v have_v the_o alteration_n of_o bait_n as_o the_o cunning_a fisher_n well_o know_v but_o with_o these_o bait_n he_o must_v have_v a_o sharp_a hook_n to_o take_v they_o and_o a_o long_a line_n to_o draw_v they_o to_o himself_o so_o soon_o as_o he_o see_v they_o have_v swallow_v the_o sweet_a bait_n he_o let_v they_o play_v a_o while_n with_o it_o but_o before_o it_o belong_v he_o draw_v they_o out_o of_o the_o sweet_a stream_n the_o water_n of_o life_n and_o throw_v they_o into_o a_o pan_n of_o boil_a liquor_n and_o as_o sometime_o the_o fisher_n be_v fain_o to_o entangle_v the_o fish_n with_o his_o net_n and_o so_o take_v they_o even_o so_o satan_n find_v the_o humour_n of_o every_o man_n and_o then_o he_o search_v in_o the_o world_n to_o find_v a_o bait_n fit_a for_o he_o &_o have_v find_v the_o bait_n he_o present_o poison_v it_o then_o he_o put_v in_o a_o hook_n and_o a_o line_n to_o draw_v he_o from_o the_o pure_a sweet_a stream_n the_o water_n of_o life_n the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o then_o he_o let_v they_o play_v a_o while_n with_o the_o poison_a bait_n of_o the_o world_n and_o so_o draw_v they_o to_o he_o and_o throw_v they_o into_o a_o furnace_n of_o boil_a brimstone_n who_o boil_v shall_v never_o end_v now_o there_o be_v none_o that_o can_v keep_v we_o from_o the_o bait_n of_o the_o devil_n but_o only_o god_n our_o faher_n our_o governor_n our_o saviour_n our_o sanctifier_n and_o have_v we_o not_o need_v then_o cast_v all_o our_o care_n upon_o god_n since_o we_o be_v in_o so_o great_a a_o danger_n and_o none_o can_v keep_v we_o from_o the_o devil_n but_o he_o we_o can_v keep_v ourselves_o from_o the_o bait_n of_o the_o devil_n no_o more_o than_o child_n can_v guide_v themselves_o in_o all_o their_o way_n to_o feed_v learn_v govern_v &_o clothe_v themselves_o without_o the_o help_n of_o their_o father_n and_o governor_n shall_v the_o child_n depend_v only_o upon_o their_o father_n and_o governor_n and_o shall_v not_o we_o depend_v only_o upon_o our_o god_n that_o be_v our_o maker_n our_o father_n and_o our_o governor_n and_o who_o when_o
