to_o god_n by_o thy_o very_a service_n and_o employment_n and_o thou_o have_v be_v in_o some_o measure_n acquaint_v with_o god_n design_n in_o that_o service_n and_o have_v be_v very_o tender_a of_o the_o name_n of_o god_n and_o more_o willing_a to_o hazard_v thyself_o than_o to_o defile_v his_o name_n and_o have_v grow_v in_o grace_n by_o the_o exercise_n of_o thy_o gift_n and_o have_v make_v no_o bargain_n of_o the_o lord_n service_n but_o have_v have_v thy_o hand_n under_o thy_o wing_n and_o have_v not_o do_v god_n work_n by_o half_n and_o now_o after_o all_o be_v content_v that_o god_n shall_v lay_v thou_o by_o and_o make_v use_n of_o other_o then_o sure_o the_o lord_n have_v use_v and_o employ_v thou_o in_o a_o way_n of_o love_n and_o mercy_n to_o thy_o own_o soul_n and_o therefore_o why_o shall_v thou_o be_v discourage_v in_o this_o respect_n certain_o you_o have_v no_o just_a cause_n or_o true_a reason_n for_o it_o quest_n but_o suppose_v that_o the_o lord_n either_o shall_v not_o use_v i_o in_o his_o service_n or_o if_o he_o do_v that_o difficulty_n and_o opposition_n press_v in_o upon_o i_o or_o that_o i_o meet_v with_o no_o success_n in_o my_o work_n according_a to_o my_o desire_n what_o shall_v i_o do_v that_o i_o may_v be_v able_a to_o bear_v up_o my_o heart_n against_o all_o discouragement_n in_o this_o kind_n answ_n 1_o first_o in_o case_n that_o god_n do_v not_o call_v you_o forth_o to_o any_o work_n or_o special_a employment_n then_o consider_v that_o you_o have_v now_o the_o more_o time_n to_o mind_v your_o own_o soul_n and_o to_o attend_v to_o your_o own_o condition_n some_o be_v so_o employ_v that_o they_o have_v not_o time_n enough_o to_o pray_v read_v meditate_v examine_v their_o own_o heart_n and_o to_o look_v into_o their_o own_o condition_n yea_o though_o a_o man_n work_n do_v lie_v in_o the_o ministry_n it_o be_v possible_a that_o he_o may_v so_o mind_v his_o public_a work_n as_o to_o neglect_v his_o private_a but_o now_o if_o thou_o have_v no_o public_a employment_n or_o service_n than_o you_o have_v the_o more_o time_n for_o to_o spend_v upon_o your_o own_o soul_n the_o more_o time_n to_o converse_v with_o the_o lord_n in_o private_a and_o to_o look_v into_o your_o own_o condition_n and_o if_o you_o be_v not_o call_v forth_o to_o work_v and_o yet_o be_v willing_a to_o work_v you_o shall_v be_v pay_v for_o that_o work_n and_o service_n which_o you_o never_o do_v as_o some_o man_n shall_v be_v punish_v for_o those_o sin_n which_o they_o do_v never_o commit_v in_o the_o gross_a act_n because_o they_o be_v willing_a and_o have_v a_o desire_n to_o commit_v the_o same_o so_o some_o shall_v be_v pay_v for_o that_o work_n and_o service_n for_o god_n which_o they_o never_o do_v perform_v because_o they_o be_v willing_a to_o have_v do_v the_o same_o now_o be_v it_o not_o a_o great_a mercy_n to_o be_v pay_v for_o that_o work_n which_o i_o never_o do_v such_o be_v the_o privilege_n of_o all_o those_o that_o be_v not_o call_v to_o service_n and_o yet_o be_v willing_a to_o it_o answ_n 2_o second_o in_o case_n that_o you_o be_v employ_v in_o god_n work_n and_o service_n and_o difficulty_n press_v in_o upon_o you_o then_o consider_v that_o the_o great_a the_o difficulty_n be_v the_o great_a shall_v your_o obedience_n be_v in_o carry_v on_o the_o work_n and_o the_o more_o
