ten_o time_n and_o have_v not_o hearken_v to_o my_o voice_n sure_o they_o shall_v not_o see_v the_o land_n which_o i_o swear_v to_o give_v unto_o their_o father_n though_o i_o pardon_v they_o say_v god_n they_o shall_v never_o come_v into_o canaan_n the_o land_n of_o rest_n that_o i_o have_v promise_v why_o because_o they_o have_v sin_v these_o ten_o time_n murmur_v again_o and_o again_o and_o again_o so_o that_o it_o be_v exceed_o displease_v unto_o the_o lord_n for_o a_o man_n to_o fall_v into_o the_o same_o sin_n again_o and_o again_o but_o yet_o i_o say_v it_o be_v possible_a that_o a_o sin_n again_o so_o that_o i_o shall_v not_o need_v to_o spend_v long_a time_n in_o this_o it_o be_v too_o apparent_a possible_o a_o good_a man_n a_o true_a disciple_n of_o christ_n may_v fall_v into_o the_o same_o sin_n again_o and_o again_o that_o be_v the_o first_o second_o though_o a_o man_n do_v fall_v into_o the_o same_o sin_n again_o and_o again_o yet_o it_o may_v be_v but_o a_o infirmity_n for_o the_o open_n and_o clear_n of_o this_o we_o must_v consider_v what_o a_o sin_n of_o infirmity_n be_v and_o what_o be_v the_o true_a notion_n of_o it_o which_o be_v clear_v the_o truth_n propose_v will_v natural_o fall_v into_o your_o bosom_n proper_o therefore_o a_o sin_n of_o infirmity_n be_v that_o sin_n which_o do_v rather_o arise_v from_o want_n of_o strength_n to_o resist_v than_o from_o will_n to_o commit_v else_o it_o shall_v be_v wickedness_n and_o not_o weakness_n but_o in_o scripture_n phrase_n it_o be_v call_v a_o weakness_n as_o here_o in_o this_o chapter_n the_o spirit_n be_v willing_a but_o the_o flesh_n be_v weak_a and_o rom._n 6.19_o i_o speak_v after_o the_o manner_n of_o man_n because_o of_o the_o infirmity_n or_o weakness_n of_o your_o flesh_n and_o therefore_o it_o must_v be_v in_o one_o that_o have_v spiritual_a life_n you_o do_v not_o say_v that_o a_o stone_n be_v infirm_a or_o weak_a why_o because_o a_o stone_n have_v no_o life_n in_o it_o infirmity_n be_v a_o defect_n in_o one_o that_o have_v life_n and_o i_o say_v it_o do_v arise_v not_o from_o wilfulness_n but_o want_v of_o strength_n to_o resist_v now_o this_o want_n of_o strength_n to_o resist_v do_v either_o arise_v from_o some_o natural_a cause_n which_o one_o can_v avoid_v of_o which_o paul_n speak_v in_o rom._n 7.19_o the_o good_a that_o i_o will_v i_o do_v not_o but_o the_o evil_n which_o i_o will_v not_o that_o i_o do_v and_o why_o so_o he_o give_v the_o reason_n at_o verse_n 21._o i_o find_v then_o a_o law_n that_o when_o i_o will_v do_v good_a evil_a be_v present_a with_o i_o and_o verse_n 23._o i_o find_v a_o law_n in_o my_o member_n fight_v against_o the_o law_n of_o my_o mind_n and_o lead_v i_o captive_a etc._n etc._n or_o else_o it_o do_v arise_v from_o some_o present_a distemper_n and_o that_o either_o in_o the_o mind_n and_o judgement_n and_o then_o it_o be_v call_v a_o error_n who_o know_v the_o error_n of_o his_o life_n 3.2_o psal_n 19_o heb._n 3.2_o or_o else_o this_o distemper_n do_v arise_v from_o some_o present_a passion_n fear_n or_o the_o like_a whereby_o a_o man_n be_v hurry_v into_o evil_n and_o then_o he_o be_v say_v to_o be_v overtake_v gal._n 6.1_o so_o that_o when_o a_o man_n be_v alive_a unto_o god_n and_o do_v commit_v a_o sin_n for_o want_n of_o strength_n to_o resist_v than_o he_o be_v say_v to_o sin_n out_o of_o infirmity_n first_n therefore_o if_o you_o ask_v 2._o the_o sin_n whereinto_o the_o godly_a fall_v be_v not_o presumptuous_a but_o be_v ordinary_o of_o weakness_n
