and_o wholesome_a for_o the_o taker_n thereof_o and_o that_o by_o the_o plant_v thereof_o your_o majesty_n be_v deprive_v of_o a_o considerable_a part_n of_o your_o revenue_n arise_v by_o custom_n upon_o import_v tobacco_n do_v most_o humble_o pray_v that_o it_o may_v be_v enact_v by_o your_o majesty_n and_o it_o be_v hereby_o enact_v by_o the_o king_n most_o excellent_a majesty_n and_o the_o
