eminency_n who_o name_n be_v not_o thought_n meet_v to_o insert_v in_o this_o place_n some_o magistrate_n of_o norwich_n understand_v who_o they_o be_v on_o the_o prisoner_n behalf_n and_o particular_o by_o a_o letter_n from_o london_n from_o a_o person_n of_o quality_n on_o some_o application_n make_v by_o some_o of_o their_o friend_n there_o unto_o which_o the_o prisoner_n refer_v to_o be_v illegal_a and_o contrary_a to_o the_o form_n and_o order_n of_o law_n prescribe_v in_o the_o statute_n but_o also_o we_o have_v the_o advice_n and_o judgement_n of_o able_a counsel_n in_o the_o case_n aver_v this_o last_o commitment_n not_o good_a but_o against_o law_n etc._n etc._n upon_o which_o premise_n if_o you_o please_v not_o to_o allow_v we_o remedy_n on_o the_o mediation_n
