they_o will_v never_o consider_v of_o their_o sin_n but_o still_o do_v forget_v god_n and_o his_o law_n put_v they_o far_o from_o they_o but_o now_o shall_v they_o be_v sure_a to_o have_v both_o sin_n and_o punishment_n god_n and_o his_o law_n to_o draw_v so_o near_o they_o that_o they_o can_v wish_v themselves_o to_o be_v nothing_o or_o at_o least_o that_o the_o very_a mountain_n and_o rock_n may_v fall_v upon_o they_o a_o burden_n more_o easy_a to_o bear_v than_o the_o least_o touch_n of_o their_o conscience_n see_v their_o sin_n feel_v their_o punishment_n from_o the_o law_n accuse_v and_o god_n himself_o revenge_v the_o violation_n of_o the_o same_o second_o a_o correction_n of_o the_o godly_a that_o they_o be_v not_o too_o cruel_a unto_o their_o own_o soul_n conceive_v that_o the_o lord_n have_v do_v unto_o they_o as_o he_o have_v do_v unto_o the_o wicked_a when_o indeed_o it_o be_v rather_o their_o own_o fancy_n assist_v by_o their_o corruption_n that_o make_v they_o judge_v so_o miserable_o of_o themselves_o as_o though_o they_o be_v reprobate_n and_o with_o cain_n cast_v out_o of_o the_o presence_n of_o god_n for_o ever_o yet_o let_v they_o know_v that_o be_v but_o the_o tenderness_n of_o the_o conscience_n and_o not_o that_o violent_a hale_v of_o they_o to_o the_o stake_n which_o be_v in_o the_o wicked_a who_o conscience_n strike_v against_o the_o law_n as_o stone_n and_o hammer_n that_o will_v rather_o have_v the_o law_n break_v than_o themselves_o to_o be_v break_v and_o hammer_v by_o it_o use_v 2._o instruction_n first_o admonition_n to_o the_o wicked_a that_o they_o be_v not_o so_o cruel_a unto_o themselves_o but_o consider_v that_o every_o sin_n they_o commit_v be_v the_o stab_a and_o wound_v of_o their_o conscience_n and_o he_o that_o stab_v often_o the_o selfsame_o place_n will_v be_v sure_a to_o bring_v out_o his_o heart_n blood_n and_o make_v a_o most_o fearful_a end_n for_o though_o the_o wound_n of_o the_o conscience_n bleed_v fresh_a be_v not_o so_o sensible_a yet_o be_v fester_v and_o full_a of_o corruption_n have_v no_o oil_n of_o grace_n pour_v into_o they_o shall_v be_v extraordinary_a sore_n and_o so_o miserable_o feel_v of_o the_o patient_a that_o when_o the_o lord_n shall_v touch_v they_o they_o shall_v roar_v and_o gnash_v with_o their_o tooth_n for_o the_o extremity_n of_o the_o pain_n second_o direction_n to_o the_o godly_a to_o be_v most_o tender_a for_o the_o eye_n of_o their_o conscience_n we_o use_v the_o eye_n of_o the_o body_n most_o tender_o and_o great_a be_v our_o care_n to_o safeguard_n it_o much_o more_o ought_v we_o to_o tender_v the_o eye_n of_o our_o soul_n be_v far_o more_o excellent_a than_o the_o eye_n of_o the_o body_n use_v 3_o consolation_n first_o in_o all_o distress_n to_o know_v that_o it_o be_v a_o happy_a thing_n to_o bear_v the_o yoke_n in_o our_o youth_n to_o know_v our_o disease_n betimes_o and_o have_v our_o sin_n discover_v for_o than_o be_v there_o hope_v of_o cure_n but_o if_o they_o continue_v until_o old_a age_n then_o will_v they_o be_v in_o great_a danger_n second_o in_o all_o our_o welfare_n to_o labour_v for_o the_o assurance_n of_o a_o good_a conscience_n which_o be_v our_o best_a felicity_n application_n of_o the_o whole_a sentence_n in_o the_o two_o last_o verse_n want_v of_o consideration_n make_v man_n forget_v god_n and_o both_o these_o be_v forerunner_n of_o god_n vengeance_n and_o everlasting_a destruction_n therefore_o the_o admonition_n be_v to_o all_o wicked_a and_o godless_a man_n that_o betimes_o they_o arraign_v themselves_o call_v a_o jury_n try_v their_o way_n and_o examine_v their_o own_o heart_n how_o they_o stand_v with_o god_n for_o it_o seem_v their_o estate_n be_v very_o lamentable_a first_o in_o lord_n your_o god_n which_o have_v lead_v you_o by_o the_o way_n and_o have_v be_v as_o a_o familiar_a friend_n unto_o you_o nay_o as_o a_o prince_n to_o command_v heaven_n &_o earth_n to_o give_v you_o safe-conduct_n through_o all_o the_o danger_n and_o peril_n that_o may_v befall_v you_o can_v a_o maid_n forget_v her_o ornament_n or_o a_o bride_n her_o attire_n yet_o you_o for_o who_o i_o have_v do_v all_o this_o have_v forget_v i_o day_n without_o number_n but_o if_o you_o will_v not_o consider_v then_o assure_v you_o self_n that_o your_o own_o wickedness_n shall_v correct_v you_o
