wood_n hay_n and_o stooble_a shall_v be_v waste_v and_o wear_v away_o with_o that_o he_o shall_v be_v like_o the_o clensers_n herb_n whereby_o garment_n very_o much_o stain_v be_v purge_v to_o all_o those_o that_o have_v grievous_o offend_v he_o will_v be_v a_o burn_a and_o melt_a fire_n but_o to_o the_o light_a sinner_n he_o shall_v be_v as_o the_o washer_n herb_n which_o difference_n the_o shall_v be_v leave_v but_o as_o pure_a as_o gold_n and_o fine_a silver_n and_o he_o shall_v purge_v the_o son_n of_o levi_n that_o be_v the_o order_fw-fr of_o priesthood_n where_o this_o heavy_a judgement_n shall_v first_o begin_v for_o so_o it_o be_v write_v time_n be_v now_o that_o judgement_n begin_v at_o the_o house_n of_o god_n and_o again_o begin_v at_o my_o sanctuary_n if_o the_o priest_n must_v be_v purge_v and_o fine_v what_o shall_v we_o deem_v of_o other_o who_o privilege_n of_o holy_a order_fw-fr do_v not_o commend_v or_o help_v thus_o far_o go_v the_o author_n in_o these_o golden_a word_n as_o you_o call_v they_o m._n allen_n have_v a_o leaden_a exposition_n when_o they_o be_v draw_v from_o the_o preach_n of_o the_o gospel_n to_o the_o maintenance_n of_o purgatory_n a_o further_a declaration_n of_o this_o point_n for_o the_o better_a understanding_n of_o the_o doctor_n word_n wherein_o it_o be_v open_v how_o purgatory_n be_v ordain_v for_o mortal_a sin_n &_o how_o for_o small_a offence_n who_o be_v like_a to_o feel_v that_o grief_n &_o who_o not_o at_o all_o cap._n ix_o 1_o and_o i_o think_v they_o now_o have_v small_a advantage_n by_o the_o exception_n of_o origens_n testimony_n by_o occasion_n whereof_o such_o light_n be_v find_v for_o our_o cause_n that_o we_o now_o by_o goodly_a authority_n have_v both_o find_v the_o placy_n allege_v plain_o to_o prove_v purgatory_n and_o also_o what_o sin_n it_o namely_o purge_v and_o what_o man_n after_o their_o death_n may_v be_v amend_v thereby_o that_o not_o only_o the_o bare_a truth_n but_o some_o necessary_a circumstance_n to_o the_o studious_a of_o the_o truth_n have_v be_v here_o by_o just_a occasion_n open_v and_o all_o error_n whole_o remove_v except_o this_o point_n may_v somewhat_o stay_v the_o reader_n that_o hear_v in_o some_o place_n the_o pain_n of_o purgatory_n to_o be_v both_o a_o punishment_n for_o grevous_a sin_n and_o a_o purgation_n of_o light_a trespass_n with_o all_o and_o yet_o that_o it_o now_o may_v appear_v the_o contrary_a by_o the_o mind_n of_o some_o learned_a author_n who_o express_o make_v that_o pain_n as_o a_o remedy_n only_o for_o venial_a sin_n and_o not_o to_o appertain_v at_o all_o to_o the_o capital_a and_o deadly_a crime_n that_o man_n often_o time_n do_v commit_v therefore_o to_o be_v as_o plain_a as_o may_v be_v necessary_a for_o the_o unlearned_a or_o any_o other_o that_o be_v godly_a curious_a in_o thing_n much_o tend_v to_o the_o quiet_a rest_n of_o man_n conscience_n it_o be_v to_o be_v note_v that_o this_o ordinary_a justice_n of_o god_n in_o the_o life_n follow_v for_o the_o purgation_n of_o the_o elect_a purgatory_n can_v not_o discharge_v any_o man_n of_o mortal_a sin_n which_o be_v not_o pardon_v before_o in_o the_o church_n militant_a upon_o earth_n and_o therefore_o what_o crime_n so_o ever_o deserve_v damnation_n and_o be_v not_o in_o man_n life_n remit_v it_o can_v not_o by_o purgatory_n pain_n be_v release_v in_o the_o next_o because_o it_o deserve_v death_n everlasting_a and_o stay_v the_o offender_n from_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n for_o ever_o no_o peine_fw-fr temporal_a in_o this_o
