of_o itself_o if_o you_o seek_v it_o in_o it_o it_o be_v a_o great_a advantage_n for_o we_o to_o have_v all_o the_o comfort_n in_o one_o thing_n godliness_n only_o have_v all_o these_o comfort_n therefore_o seek_v they_o in_o it_o four_o consider_v that_o that_o comfort_n and_o happiness_n which_o you_o have_v from_o the_o creature_n be_v but_o a_o dependent_a 4._o felicity_n and_o it_o be_v so_o much_o the_o worse_o because_o it_o depend_v on_o the_o creature_n which_o be_v mutable_a and_o uncertain_a how_o much_o better_a be_v it_o to_o depend_v on_o god_n in_o who_o be_v no_o shadow_n of_o variety_n or_o change_n every_o creature_n be_v weak_a by_o how_o much_o it_o have_v dependence_n on_o another_o and_o so_o be_v you_o weak_a by_o how_o much_o the_o more_o you_o depend_v on_o outward_a thing_n if_o you_o depend_v on_o friend_n they_o may_v change_v their_o affection_n and_o become_v your_o enemy_n or_o death_n may_v take_v they_o away_o and_o then_o your_o happiness_n be_v go_v if_o you_o depend_v on_o riches_n pro._n 23._o 5._o will_v thou_o set_v thy_o eye_n on_o that_o which_o be_v not_o for_o riches_n certain_o make_v themselves_o wing_n and_o fly_v away_o as_o a_o eagle_n towards_o heaven_n and_o then_o your_o happiness_n be_v go_v but_o if_o you_o seek_v for_o and_o place_v your_o happiness_n in_o god_n in_o who_o be_v no_o change_n or_o alteration_n than_o it_o be_v perpetual_a a_o dependencie_n on_o thing_n that_o be_v mutable_a will_v yield_v no_o comfort_n because_o god_n will_v have_v all_o to_o depend_v on_o himself_o therefore_o the_o 1._o cor._n righteous_a judgement_n depend_v only_o on_o god_n if_o you_o will_v have_v he_o to_o be_v your_o portion_n as_o he_o be_v the_o levite_n refuse_v he_o not_o as_o the_o israelite_n do_v depend_v upon_o he_o in_o good_a earnest_n a_o little_a you_o say_v with_o god_n blessing_n will_v do_v much_o labour_v not_o therefore_o neither_o toil_n you_o to_o leave_v great_a portion_n to_o your_o administer_v comfort_n and_o make_v we_o happy_a i_o will_v ask_v you_o this_o question_n what_o if_o you_o do_v leave_v your_o child_n only_a god_n blessing_n will_v it_o not_o be_v sufficient_a though_o you_o leave_v they_o little_a or_o nothing_o else_o you_o think_v not_o so_o and_o yet_o whatsoever_o you_o can_v leave_v they_o without_o god_n blessing_n be_v nothing_o worth_a preacher_n blessing_n of_o god_n why_o shall_v we_o not_o rejoice_v in_o they_o so_o affliction_n quest._n they_o be_v cross_n and_o therefore_o grieve_v for_o they_o if_o these_o than_o do_v not_o add_v to_o our_o blessedness_n why_o count_v we_o they_o blessing_n and_o account_v poverty_n as_o a_o cross_n to_o this_o i_o answer_v that_o if_o you_o take_v they_o as_o blessing_n you_o may_v rejoice_v in_o
