be_v the_o strength_n of_o my_o head_n and_o my_o portion_n for_o ever_o for_o through_o hope_n we_o attain_v unto_o thou_o by_o faith_n iii_o when_o thou_o see_v thy_o camerad_n knit_v all_o thing_n about_o they_o handsome_a and_o fast_o before_o they_o march_v say_v thou_o then_o knit_v my_o heart_n unto_o thou_o o_o lord_n that_o i_o may_v fear_v thy_o name_n for_o he_o that_o love_v not_o thou_o must_v quake_v and_o fear_n and_o it_o be_v a_o fearful_a thing_n to_o fall_v into_o thy_o hand_n for_o thy_o come_n unto_o judgement_n be_v terrible_a thy_o roar_n be_v like_o a_o lion_n and_o thy_o sword_n a_o consume_a fire_n no_o place_n can_v hide_v man_n from_o thy_o presence_n thou_o see_v the_o heart_n and_o the_o rein_n no_o secret_a be_v hide_v from_o thou_o and_o who_o can_v escape_v thy_o vengeance_n none_o except_o they_o repent_v lord_n therefore_o save_v i_o from_o that_o bitter_a death_n and_o give_v i_o grace_n to_o repent_v that_o i_o may_v bewail_v my_o misery_n before_o i_o depart_v four_o when_o thou_o be_v enter_v in_o the_o troublesome_a way_n of_o thy_o march_n and_o suffer_v toil_n travel_n heat_n cold_a hunger_n thirst_n nakedness_n peril_n be_v call_v to_o labour_n and_o to_o suffer_v and_o not_o to_o live_v in_o pleasure_n and_o idleness_n say_v then_o my_o sorrow_n o_o lord_n be_v ever_o before_o i_o for_o in_o i_o dwell_v no_o good_a i_o offend_v day_n by_o day_n and_o which_o be_v worse_o i_o can_v repent_v sin_n increase_v and_o the_o fountain_n of_o grace_n be_v stop_v and_o i_o find_v no_o comfort_n say_v then_o again_o o_o lord_n spur_v i_o and_o whip_v i_o with_o thy_o rod_n before_o i_o perish_v and_o reserve_v not_o thy_o punishment_n lest_o at_o last_o i_o shall_v be_v make_v to_o pay_v the_o uttermost_a farthing_n lord_n therefore_o create_v a_o new_a heart_n within_o i_o that_o i_o may_v prepare_v a_o habitation_n for_o thou_o to_o rest_v in_o a_o clear_a conscience_n o_o lord_n for_o thy_o son_n christ_n sake_n suffer_v i_o not_o to_o go_v away_o empty_a for_o with_o thou_o be_v mercy_n and_o great_a redemption_n therefore_o i_o will_v be_v comfort_v whilst_o thou_o give_v i_o time_n to_o amend_v my_o life_n v._o when_o thou_o see_v thy_o camerad_n for_o love_n of_o credit_n and_o the_o favour_n of_o their_o officer_n make_v no_o difference_n betwixt_o fair_a and_o foul_a way_n but_o with_o patience_n endure_v all_o toil_n to_o come_v to_o the_o end_n of_o their_o march_n think_v then_o with_o thyself_o that_o after_o this_o manner_n of_o old_a the_o servant_n of_o christ_n for_o the_o favour_n and_o love_n of_o god_n and_o of_o his_o glory_n do_v serve_v the_o lord_n in_o hunger_n and_o thirst_n in_o cold_a in_o nakedness_n in_o watch_v and_o fast_v in_o prayer_n in_o meditation_n in_o manifold_a persecution_n and_o trouble_n contemn_v all_o pleasure_n for_o christ_n they_o seek_v the_o glory_n of_o god_n more_o than_o their_o own_o fame_n lord_n therefore_o make_v we_o contemn_v and_o slight_v all_o thing_n for_o the_o love_n of_o christ_n alter_v from_o vice_n to_o virtue_n mortify_v our_o lust_n that_o we_o may_v become_v soldier_n of_o christ_n love_v nothing_o so_o much_o as_o god_n and_o the_o salvation_n of_o our_o soul_n vi_o when_o thou_o see_v thy_o comrade_n fix_v in_o his_o arm_n and_o well_o exercise_v with_o pike_n musket_n and_o sword_n then_o think_v with_o thyself_o that_o thy_o duty_n be_v to_o trust_v in_o the_o lord_n and_o to_o do_v good_a that_o thou_o may_v dwell_v in_o the_o land_n and_o be_v â—ed_v assure_o thy_o delight_n must_v be_v in_o the_o law_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o thou_o must_v be_v exercise_v therein_o day_n and_o night_n that_o thou_o may_v be_v full_a of_o hope_n and_o strength_n remember_v thy_o end_n
