from_o the_o vast_a heaven_n above_o which_o i_o may_v call_v boundless_a in_o comparison_n of_o the_o lesser_a body_n of_o earth_n to_o overflow_v that_o little_a circumference_n though_o it_o be_v take_v fifteen_o cubit_n above_o the_o high_a mountain_n and_o so_o make_v up_o his_o eight_o ocean_n which_o he_o say_v be_v requisite_a gen._n 1._o we_o find_v that_o when_o god_n create_v the_o heaven_n and_o the_o earth_n the_o water_n cover_v the_o earth_n and_o then_o god_n divide_v the_o water_n and_o place_v some_o above_o the_o firmament_n and_o leave_v some_o remain_v under_o it_o where_o or_o how_o the_o water_n above_o the_o firmament_n be_v place_v the_o scripture_n do_v not_o mention_n and_o therefore_o i_o acknowledge_v my_o ignorance_n and_o i_o find_v very_o know_v person_n have_v much_o dispute_v whether_o in_o his_o atmosphere_n or_o in_o some_o high_a place_n but_o i_o rest_v content_v in_o believe_v it_o because_o the_o word_n of_o god_n have_v say_v it_o here_o when_o carry_v up_o and_o enlarge_v to_o that_o mighty_a extent_n will_v make_v a_o far_o thin_a orb_n and_o as_o clear_a as_o crystal_n all_o earthly_a part_n be_v extract_v and_o no_o way_n hinder_v but_o rather_o increase_v the_o light_n of_o sun_n moon_n and_o star_n as_o we_o see_v glass_n of_o like_a nature_n do_v if_o this_o philosopher_n tell_v i_o that_o immediate_o above_o the_o and_o that_o god_n govern_v all_o thing_n and_o that_o every_o element_n keep_v that_o station_n which_o god_n have_v appoint_v until_o he_o determine_v otherwise_o but_o if_o this_o theorist_n be_v unsatisfied_a with_o this_o kind_n of_o discourse_n as_o not_o agree_v with_o his_o principle_n of_o nature_n let_v he_o place_v the_o water_n above_o the_o firmament_n where_o he_o will_v it_o matter_n not_o to_o i_o yet_o if_o he_o allow_v the_o scripture_n he_o must_v join_v with_o i_o and_o grant_v that_o god_n have_v a_o great_a reserve_n of_o water_n in_o some_o storehouse_n above_o to_o make_v use_n of_o whensoever_o he_o please_v as_o for_o the_o water_n under_o the_o firmament_n first_o they_o cover_v all_o the_o earth_n after_o they_o be_v divide_v then_o god_n gather_v they_o together_o unto_o one_o place_n and_o make_v the_o dry_a land_n appear_v and_o god_n call_v the_o dry_a land_n earth_n and_o the_o gather_v together_o of_o the_o water_n call_v he_o sea_n for_o the_o reception_n of_o which_o water_n he_o have_v prepare_v a_o channel_n how_o deep_a or_o how_o great_a a_o part_n of_o the_o earth_n be_v fill_v with_o they_o i_o suppose_v be_v beyond_o this_o
