because_o the_o father_n have_v be_v so_o far_o out_o of_o all_o square_a as_o they_o have_v lead_v a_o stubborn_a froward_a life_n god_n forsake_v their_o offspring_n insomuch_o that_o the_o grace_n of_o his_o holy_a spirit_n dwell_v not_o with_o they_o now_o when_o we_o be_v so_o destitute_a of_o god_n guide_v we_o must_v needs_o run_v into_o destruction_n and_o needs_o must_v the_o mischief_n overshoot_v themselves_o into_o excessive_a outrage_n we_o see_v then_o as_o now_o what_o be_v mean_v here_o that_o be_v too_o wit_n that_o when_o the_o child_n of_o wicked_a man_n be_v once_o destitute_a of_o god_n grace_n and_o walk_v after_o their_o own_o inordinate_a lust_n they_o must_v needs_o come_v too_o great_a confusion_n than_o their_o father_n and_o thus_o you_o may_v see_v why_o it_o be_v say_v that_o they_o shall_v be_v destitute_a of_o help_n and_o that_o they_o shall_v fall_v down_o at_o the_o gate_n that_o be_v too_o wit_n because_o they_o shall_v fall_v not_o in_o contrary_a part_n it_o be_v say_v in_o this_o text_n that_o the_o child_n of_o the_o wicked_a shall_v stumble_v and_o be_v crush_v in_o piece_n yea_o even_o by_o plain_a justice_n whereby_o it_o be_v the_o better_o express_v how_o god_n persecute_v they_o open_o so_o as_o it_o be_v apparent_a to_o the_o eye_n that_o it_o be_v he_o which_o lay_v his_o hand_n upon_o they_o for_o he_o add_v immediate_o that_o no_o man_n shall_v succour_v they_o for_o when_o god_n mind_v too_o put_v man_n so_o to_o destruction_n he_o leave_v they_o

hearer_n god_n will_v not_o pass_v a_o whit_n for_o it_o then_o must_v all_o babble_n and_o all_o rhetoric_n cease_v when_o we_o come_v before_o the_o heavenly_a throne_n for_o tongue_n be_v not_o hear_v there_o man_n thought_n must_v come_v to_o light_v there_o these_o book_n must_v be_v open_v there_o god_n will_v make_v none_o other_o inquisition_n than_o the_o bring_n forth_o of_o our_o spiritual_a battle_n whereby_o god_n try_v we_o by_o hold_v our_o conscience_n so_o lock_v up_o as_o we_o wot_v not_o what_o to_o say_v but_o that_o he_o be_v rise_v up_o against_o we_o that_o he_o thunder_v down_o upon_o we_o and_o that_o he_o have_v set_v we_o full_o afore_o he_o as_o a_o white_a too_o shoot_v at_o although_o god_n examine_v we_o not_o so_o near_o the_o quick_a at_o the_o first_o yet_o must_v every_o of_o we_o have_v a_o eye_n thereunto_o and_o think_v with_o ourselves_o alas_o if_o god_n send_v we_o but_o only_o some_o sickness_n or_o if_o he_o smite_v we_o after_o some_o other_o manner_n as_o in_o respect_n of_o our_o body_n it_o be_v a_o small_a thing_n in_o comparison_n of_o the_o torment_n that_o he_o make_v folk_n feel_v when_o he_o set_v nothing_o afore_o they_o but_o his_o wrath_n and_o vengeance_n and_o when_o he_o make_v as_o though_o he_o will_v damn_v they_o and_o drown_v they_o utter_o see_v the_o case_n stand_v so_o let_v we_o pray_v our_o god_n that_o when_o it_o shall_v please_v he_o too_o bring_v we_o too_o that_o point_n he_o will_v then_o give_v we_o power_n and_o strength_n to_o stand_v out_o and_o how_o even_o by_o call_v his_o promise_n to_o remembrance_n true_a it_o be_v that_o god_n wrath_n be_v a_o consume_a fire_n and_o true_o so_o soon_o as_o he_o give_v we_o any_o inkling_n of_o it_o we_o must_v needs_o be_v utter_o dismay_v and_o undoubted_o it_o be_v not_o for_o man_n to_o seek_v strength_n in_o themselves_o to_o withstand_v such_o encounter_n but_o they_o must_v be_v fain_o to_o borrow_v it_o at_o god_n hand_n yea_o and_o death_n itself_o and_o why_o because_o we_o shall_v have_v god_n for_o our_o protector_n and_o defender_n and_o so_o let_v we_o mark_v well_o that_o whereas_o the_o wicked_a perceive_v not_o their_o own_o misery_n it_o be_v too_o throw_v they_o down_o the_o rather_o and_o forasmuch_o as_o they_o mind_v not_o to_o call_v upon_o god_n but_o contrariwise_o bear_v themselves_o in_o hand_n that_o they_o have_v no_o need_n of_o he_o their_o destruction_n must_v needs_o fall_v upon_o they_o before_o they_o think_v of_o it_o furthermore_o he_o say_v immediate_o that_o fearfulness_n or_o terror_n shall_v not_o go_v a_o inch_n from_o they_o thus_o the_o wicked_a have_v a_o double_a mischief_n which_o be_v that_o the_o sword_n shall_v run_v they_o through_o as_o soon_o as_o it_o there_o be_v but_o only_o one_o mean_a to_o be_v in_o rest_n which_o be_v to_o know_v that_o we_o be_v under_o god_n protection_n therefore_o let_v that_o suffice_v we_o for_o although_o it_o behoove_v we_o to_o walk_v in_o fear_n before_o he_o yet_o shall_v we_o always_o be_v sure_a of_o his_o goodness_n whereas_o the_o wicked_a and_o the_o despiser_n of_o his_o majesty_n shall_v always_o be_v so_o afraid_a as_o they_o shall_v never_o have_v any_o rest_n therefore_o let_v we_o learn_v too_o retire_v to_o our_o god_n with_o all_o lowliness_n and_o too_o live_v with_o our_o neighbour_n without_o do_v any_o man_n wrong_v lest_o the_o same_o measure_n be_v moten_z to_o we_o again_o and_o when_o we_o go_v so_o too_o work_v sure_o god_n will_v make_v we_o to_o feel_v his_o goodness_n how_o we_o have_v to_o practice_v this_o doctrine_n and_o furthermore_o let_v we_o understand_v therewithal_o that_o our_o lord_n mind_v to_o exercise_v our_o charity_n when_o the_o wicked_a sort_n token_n that_o we_o have_v not_o one_o drop_n of_o christianity_n in_o we_o and_o why_o for_o as_o i_o have_v declare_v already_o our_o lord_n recommend_v unto_o we_o such_o as_o be_v destitute_a of_o to_o buckle_v with_o the_o great_a cob_n and_o who_o give_v they_o leave_v suppose_v we_o that_o god_n do_v not_o order_n everiwhit_o of_o it_o for_o if_o there_o be_v any_o manhood_n in_o we_o will_v it_o not_o pity_n and_o rue_v our_o heart_n to_o see_v poor_a folk_n so_o tread_v under_o foot_n and_o make_v we_o resist_v it_o to_o the_o uttermost_a of_o our_o power_n but_o we_o do_v nothing_o
