do_v and_o to_o deny_v they_o help_v when_o they_o be_v in_o adversity_n but_o a_o christian_n have_v a_o precept_n contrary_n to_o it_o which_o be_v that_o he_o shall_v not_o remember_v any_o displeasure_n do_z unto_o he_o what_o be_v this_o to_o i_o say_v he_o if_o they_o be_v wicked_a &_o lewd_a similitude_n shall_v i_o give_v up_o therefore_o my_o purpose_n of_o well_o do_v yea_o i_o stuff_n livelode_n clothing_n good_n body_n and_o soul_n peace_n seasonable_a weather_n and_o all_o thing_n necessary_a he_o give_v we_o the_o light_n of_o the_o son_n whereas_o we_o rather_o have_v deserve_v brimstome_n and_o fire_n from_o heaven_n but_o yet_o we_o have_v it_o not_o v._n for_o he_o will_v not_o be_v make_v a_o churl_n for_o our_o unkindness_n sake_n but_o he_o say_v if_o you_o be_v dispose_v to_o be_v naught_o yet_o will_v not_o i_o forsake_v my_o natural_a goodness_n i_o will_v give_v both_o son_n and_o water_n from_o heaven_n to_o the_o good_a &_o evil_a and_o this_o be_v magistrate_n in_o a_o city_n of_o earl_n in_o a_o erledome_n of_o king_n in_o a_o kingdom_n all_o these_o office_n can_v not_o be_v without_o revenge_a and_o they_o that_o be_v in_o they_o shall_v offend_v if_o they_o shall_v not_o punish_v vain_a such_o thing_n as_o be_v do_v against_o the_o common_a wealth_n for_o by_o the_o commandment_n of_o god_n in_o this_o must_v those_o thing_n be_v perform_v xiii_o which_o be_v ordain_v of_o god_n for_o the_o preservation_n of_o the_o commonalty_n that_o the_o offender_n be_v punish_v citee_n and_o breaker_n of_o order_n restrain_v for_o if_o any_o man_n will_v exercise_v overth_n warte_z mercy_n it_o will_v evident_o appear_v to_o what_o point_n it_o will_v come_v when_o foolish_a mercy_n show_v to_o a_o few_o shall_v be_v turn_v to_o world_n can_v not_o consist_v in_o safeguard_n wherefore_o god_n require_v this_o of_o all_o governor_n and_o overseer_n of_o order_n that_o accord_v to_o their_o office_n they_o use_v straight_o punishment_n and_o if_o they_o cease_v to_o do_v so_o let_v they_o know_v they_o shall_v give_v account_n thereof_o to_o the_o high_a magistrate_n which_o be_v god_n himself_o wherefore_o this_o
