with_o it_o to_o wit_n that_o goat_n of_o the_o sin-offering_n speak_v of_o levit._n 9_o 15._o and_o he_o take_v the_o goat_n which_o be_v the_o sinne-offering_a etc._n etc._n as_o appear_z vers_n 10._o of_o this_o chapter_n where_o moses_n say_v it_o be_v give_v they_o to_o bear_v the_o iniquity_n of_o the_o congregation_n indeed_o it_o be_v clear_a that_o the_o sinne-offering_a for_o the_o congregation_n be_v to_o be_v carry_v without_o the_o camp_n and_o burn_v by_o that_o law_n levit._n 4._o 21._o and_o he_o shall_v carry_v forth_o the_o bullock_n without_o the_o camp_n and_o burn_v he_o as_o he_o burn_v the_o first_o bullock_n but_o then_o the_o blood_n of_o that_o sinne-offering_a be_v carry_v within_o the_o tabernacle_n levit_fw-la 4._o 16_o 17._o now_o because_o aaron_n have_v not_o yet_o access_n into_o the_o holy_a place_n till_o he_o have_v prepare_v a_o way_n by_o these_o first_o sacrifice_n in_o the_o court_n therefore_o the_o blood_n of_o this_o of_o the_o tabernacle_n of_o the_o congregation_n etc._n etc._n this_o aaron_n and_o his_o son_n in_o their_o grief_n either_o forget_v or_o not_o due_o consider_v do_v burn_v it_o without_o the_o camp_n which_o be_v not_o according_a to_o the_o law_n see_v the_o note_n upon_o levit._n 9_o 15._o and_o he_o be_v angry_a with_o eleazar_n and_o ithamar_n etc._n etc._n though_o aaron_n be_v also_o not_o have_v be_v acceptable_a to_o the_o lord_n because_o of_o that_o heaviness_n and_o sorrow_n that_o be_v upon_o they_o which_o make_v they_o unfit_a and_o unworthy_a to_o eat_v those_o holy_a thing_n for_o the_o law_n require_v they_o that_o eat_v before_o the_o lord_n to_o rejoice_v see_v deut._n 12._o 7._o &_o 26._o 14._o hose_n 9_o 4._o verse_n 20._o and_o when_o moses_n hear_v that_o they_o shall_v have_v to_o all_o the_o law_n and_o how_o holy_a their_o conversation_n shall_v be_v verse_n 39_o and_o it_o shall_v be_v unto_o you_o for_o a_o fringe_n that_o you_o may_v look_v
