i_o answer_v to_o have_v it_o both_o way_n be_v very_o necessary_a for_o in_o god_n ordinary_a way_n of_o work_a we_o can_v have_v it_o within_o we_o if_o we_o have_v it_o not_o first_o without_o we_o no_o more_o than_o we_o can_v have_v food_n within_o we_o if_o we_o have_v it_o not_o first_o without_o we_o for_o as_o our_o outward_a and_o bodily_a food_n that_o nourish_v our_o body_n come_v christ_n come_v into_o our_o soul_n by_o the_o door_n of_o our_o outward_a hear_v and_o read_v in_o the_o holy_a scripture_n again_o though_o there_o be_v ever_o so_o good_a food_n and_o ever_o so_o plentiful_a without_o we_o yet_o if_o we_o receive_v it_o not_o within_o we_o it_o neither_o do_v nor_o can_v nourish_v we_o and_o as_o the_o clean_a beast_n under_o the_o law_n do_v chew_v the_o cud_n of_o what_o they_o do_v eat_v for_o their_o nourishment_n so_o the_o faithful_a what_o they_o outward_o hear_v and_o read_v of_o god_n word_n in_o the_o holy_a scripture_n must_v meditate_v
