which_o be_v speak_v of_o our_o saviour_n christ_n in_o mark_n 1.14_o 15._o where_o it_o be_v say_v of_o he_o that_o he_o come_v preach_v the_o gospel_n not_o the_o law_n but_o the_o gospel_n and_o say_v repent_v and_o believe_v the_o gospel_n here_o the_o commandment_n to_o believe_v be_v direct_o call_v a_o preach_n of_o the_o gospel_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v a_o commandment_n of_o the_o gospel_n and_o not_o of_o the_o law_n other_o reason_n may_v be_v add_v as_o namely_o if_o faith_n be_v command_v in_o the_o law_n than_o a_o man_n may_v be_v save_v by_o a_o work_n of_o the_o law_n and_o can_v be_v save_v without_o it_o second_o that_o this_o opinion_n make_v the_o righteousness_n of_o the_o law_n and_o the_o righteousness_n of_o faith_n to_o be_v all_o one_o if_o faith_n be_v a_o duty_n of_o the_o law_n etc._n etc._n three_o what_o the_o law_n command_v it_o command_v it_o as_o a_o work_n but_o faith_n be_v not_o require_v as_o a_o work_n be_v everywhere_o in_o the_o gospel_n oppose_v to_o work_v but_o these_o i_o pass_v by_o the_o other_o may_v suffice_v thus_o far_o then_o we_o be_v come_v that_o the_o put_n of_o faith_n as_o a_o condition_n of_o life_n in_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n do_v no_o whit_n derogate_v from_o the_o freeness_n of_o grace_n first_o because_o the_o gift_n of_o faith_n flow_v from_o the_o same_o purpose_n of_o grace_n towards_o
