anarchy_n the_o two_o extreme_n before_o observe_v but_o let_v we_o take_v a_o view_n of_o the_o particular_n their_o liberty_n be_v 1._o to_o choose_v their_o own_o officer_n so_o act_v 1._o and_o 6._o and_o 14._o in_o general_n i_o answer_v thus_o the_o election_n of_o the_o people_n be_v no_o more_o but_o a_o designation_n or_o propound_v the_o person_n and_o present_v they_o to_o the_o
