more_o skilful_a in_o that_o matter_n and_o also_o by_o a_o more_o grave_a authority_n and_o more_o learned_a prudence_n of_o other_o bishop_n and_o by_o counsel_n if_o perhaps_o any_o thing_n in_o they_o have_v stray_v from_o the_o truth_n and_o even_o counsel_n themselves_o which_o be_v gather_v in_o any_o region_n or_o province_n must_v without_o all_o doubt_n give_v place_n to_o the_o authority_n of_o general_a counsel_n which_o be_v gather_v out_o of_o the_o universal_a christian_a world_n and_o oftentimes_o the_o former_a general_a counsel_n themselves_o may_v be_v correct_v by_o the_o late_a when_o in_o any_o try_v all_o of_o matter_n that_o be_v open_v which_o be_v shut_v and_o that_o know_a which_o be_v hide_v correct_v hide_v nothing_o be_v hide_v from_o the_o holy_a
