before_o baptism_n as_o at_o the_o sermond_n make_v by_o peter_n to_o cornelius_n act._n 10._o 44._o and_o sometime_o after_o baptism_n as_o in_o that_o forenamed_a passage_n of_o the_o samaritan_n yea_o it_o be_v without_o dispute_n that_o such_o might_n baptise_v who_o can_v not_o or_o at_o least_o do_v not_o give_v the_o gift_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n with_o it_o instance_n in_o philip_n as_o also_o in_o that_o passage_n touch_v cornelius_n where_o peter_n be_v not_o say_v to_o baptize_v they_o to_o who_o he_o preach_v for_o the_o text_n say_v he_o command_v that_o they_o shall_v be_v baptize_v now_o who_o be_v there_o present_a to_o command_v but_o either_o cornelius_n or_o his_o kinsman_n or_o his_o six_o brethren_n which_o come_v thither_o with_o he_o from_o joppa_n and_o for_o
