carnal_a man_n may_v give_v a_o clear_a attest_v for_o he_o see_v a_o great_a deal_n of_o reason_n that_o demonstrate_v these_o and_o such_o like_a truth_n unto_o he_o but_o now_o there_o be_v some_o truth_n which_o to_o the_o eye_n of_o reason_n be_v as_o dark_a as_o midnight_n as_o christ_n assume_v the_o humane_a nature_n and_o the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o trinity_n and_o the_o sublime_a assent_n to_o the_o truth_n in_o general_a though_o not_o in_o the_o particular_n there_o it_o may_v be_v dark_a as_o in_o that_o doctrine_n of_o the_o trinity_n i_o may_v be_v persuade_v and_o clear_o to_o my_o think_n see_v that_o there_o be_v a_o trinity_n it_o may_v be_v a_o notion_n as_o clear_a as_o the_o sun_n unto_o i_o because_o i_o take_v the_o witness_n of_o god_n word_n as_o a_o sufficient_a evidence_n to_o i_o but_o yet_o if_o i_o will_v go_v pose_v my_o faith_n with_o reason_n i_o shall_v not_o be_v able_a from_o a_o evidence_n of_o reason_n to_o give_v direct_a assent_n reason_n or_o a_o direct_a and_o distinct_a evidence_n of_o faith_n assent_n unto_o several_a truth_n which_o be_v in_o the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o yet_o true_o assent_v unto_o the_o word_n thus_o you_o see_v true_a faith_n may_v consist_v with_o much_o weakness_n and_o doubt_v as_o with_o much_o imperfection_n and_o ignorance_n in_o respect_n of_o the_o require_a knowledge_n so_o with_o much_o for_o the_o present_a incredulous_fw-la but_o not_o infidelis_fw-la he_o do_v not_o doubt_v with_o such_o a_o doubt_v as_o be_v the_o doubt_v of_o a_o infidel_n that_o believe_v not_o the_o word_n
