strife_n in_o your_o herte_n rejoice_v not_o neither_o be_v liar_n against_o the_o truth_n 3._o jaco._n 3._o this_o wisdom_n descend_v not_o from_o above_o but_o be_v earthy_a and_o natural_a and_o develyshe_a for_o where_o enuyeng_a and_o stryf_v be_v there_o be_v unstableness_n and_o all_o manner_n of_o evell_a work_n therefore_o likewise_o as_o the_o unquiet_a aught_o to_o be_v rebuke_v both_o by_o the_o testimony_n of_o god_n word_n and_o also_o by_o the_o self_n dede_n of_o we_o which_o these_o have_v common_a with_o we_o neither_o be_v this_o correction_n hynder_v because_o we_o preach_v that_o peaceable_a wisdom_n be_v the_o gift_n of_o god_n whereby_o the_o contenciouse_a be_v correct_v and_o heal_v even_o so_o infydeles_a or_o they_o that_o continue_v not_o in_o the_o faith_n ought_v to_o be_v rebuke_v notwythstand_v the_o preach_n of_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n whereby_o both_o faith_n itself_o also_o and_o continuance_n in_o the_o same_o i._n jaco._n i._n be_v commend_v to_o be_v the_o gift_n of_o god_n for_o although_o wisdom_n be_v obtain_v by_o faith_n as_o james_n himself_o when_o he_o say_v if_o any_o of_o you_o want_v wisdom_n let_v he_o ask_v of_o beginning_a of_o faith_n and_o continuance_n in_o the_o same_o unto_o the_o end_n which_o certain_o they_o ought_v to_o do_v so_o that_o they_o shall_v only_o exhort_v the_o infydeles_a that_o they_o may_v believe_v and_o they_o that_o be_v faithful_a that_o they_o may_v continue_v but_o as_o for_o other_o which_o they_o together_o with_o we_o deny_v not_o to_o be_v the_o gift_n of_o god_n that_o they_o may_v with_o we_o overthrow_v the_o pelagians_n error_n as_o be_v chastite_n continency_n patience_n and_o such_o other_o which_o be_v obtain_v by_o faith_n and_o whereby_o man_n live_v godly_a they_o ought_v only_o to_o declare_v that_o man_n shall_v ask_v these_o of_o god_n and_o pray_v unto_o god_n that_o he_o will_v gyve_v these_o both_o to_o themselves_o and_o to_o other_o but_o they_o ought_v not_o to_o exhort_v any_o man_n to_o take_v and_o retain_v these_o but_o sing_v that_o they_o do_v also_o exhort_v man_n unto_o these_o gift_n as_o they_o may_v do_v and_o in_o exhort_v confess_v themselves_o to_o be_v man_n they_o do_v declare_v manifest_o that_o exhortation_n either_o to_o believe_v or_o to_o continue_v unto_o the_o end_n be_v not_o hynder_v by_o this_o kind_n of_o preaching_n because_o we_o preach_v that_o these_o also_o be_v the_o gift_n of_o god_n and_o that_o no_o man_n have_v they_o of_o himself_o but_o they_o be_v give_v of_o he_o but_o that_o every_o man_n through_o his_o own_o leudnes_n forsake_v faith_n when_o he_o gyve_v place_n &_o consent_v unto_o tentation_n whereby_o it_o be_v wrought_v in_o he_o that_o he_o do_v forsake_v faith_n who_o deny_v this_o but_o we_o shall_v not_o therefore_o say_v that_o perseveraunce_n in_o faith_n be_v not_o the_o gift_n of_o god_n for_o he_o that_o say_v lead_v we_o not_o into_o tentation_n do_v ask_v this_o daily_a and_o if_o he_o be_v gracious_o hear_v he_o receyve_v this_o and_o therefore_o he_o daily_o prayeng_v that_o he_o may_v continue_v do_v certain_o put_v the_o hope_n of_o his_o perseveraunce_n not_o in_o himself_o but_o in_o god_n but_o i_o will_v not_o amplify_v this_o matter_n with_o my_o word_n but_o i_o leave_v it_o rather_o to_o he_o judge_v of_o themselves_o that_o they_o may_v perceyve_v what_o manner_n a_o thing_n that_o be_v wherein_o they_o have_v persuade_v themselves_o thus_o be_v not_o owr_v adversarcis_o also_o persuade_v even_o thus_o that_o by_o preach_v of_o predestination_n the_o people_n be_v rather_o bring_v in_o to_o desperation_n they_o exhort_v to_o live_v godly_a this_o be_v even_o as_o much_o as_o if_o they_o shall_v say_v that_o a_o man_n must_v then_o despair_v of_o his_o salvation_n when_o he_o have_v learned_a to_o put_v his_o hope_n not_o in_o himself_o but_o in_o god_n when_o as_o yet_o the_o prophet_n cry_v 17._o jere._n 17._o curse_a be_v every_o one_o that_o put_v his_o trust_n in_o man_n these_o gift_n of_o god_n which_o be_v give_v to_o the_o choose_a that_o be_v call_v at_o according_v to_o the_o purpose_n of_o
